Tonight I had ordered 3 of the mix and match pizzas. The time went through like normal and said Delivery would be by 8:40. The Delivery Driver texted Me at 8:46 said on the way. Then the Tracker said it was 8:45, 8:52, 8:56, 8:58, 9:06, 9:20. I texted the Driver and said how far away are you and She said 10 minutes away. Took another 10 minutes on top of that. Looked at the Tracker trying to get a update on the Driver and they like 20 minutes from Me at this point. At 9:25 She finally showed up with 3 cold Pizzas. Tried calling and was put on hold and no one answered for 8 minutes and then got cut off.

Two orders in a row had hair in the pizza… IN the ingredients, not just sitting on top. This last order was simultaneously burnt on the bottom, but somehow undercooked on top, and doughy in the middle. It also looked like my five year old was in charge of cutting the pizzas. For what you pay for PJ compared to others, I’ll never buy pizza here again.

Ordered two specialty pizza’s the works with no black olives . The pizza came with olives no extra sauce on the pizza one had the regular crust and the second had a crust I did not order but again no extra sauce and the girl at the location said she could not do anything cause we ate them of course not going to wait another 30 40 min so she was no help.

This is a very cramped store and the customer service is lacking. The red haired girl with glasses has an attitude and depending on if she’s having a conversation, she’ll ignore you until she’s done talking. I believe the last conversation was about her piercing another coworker because she had done all her herself..? If you work up front at the register I believe you should always be approachable and friendly. Not talking about what you’re going to do during peak business hours. The food for the most part is great but their garlic parmesan bread sticks are almost always overcooked and never have enough garlic Parm drizzle.

This is the sloppest pizza I ever had. Is it a right sided pizza or a center cut pizza?? Tell me please. The last two times was bad so I decided to give Papa John’s another try tonight. Still disappointed. Will never order from them again! So I called them and she was rude, saying we will replace it, but we need the whole pizza back. Sure you can have it back, cause I wanted a whole pizza deliverd. Not a center piece of fine China looking pizza.

I already left a bad review once, but I’m editing it to leave another one. This establishment has messed up my order on MULTIPLE occasions. Most recently was a birthday order for a pepperoni and cheese pizza with extra cheese and 2 additional cheeses added, plus two additional items. We received a regular pepperoni pizza, after paying an extra 6 dollars for extra toppings. This establishment is terrible. The WORST pizza place and Papa John’s has always been a favorite of ours. My fiancé is not eating dinner now, for a birthday dinner, because of this. To say I’m disgusted is miniscule. They even asked for the pizza back, which is no problem, but now we’re waiting an extra hour for pizza that should’ve been made right the first time. WE WILL NOT EVER order from this place again. Ever. We have spent a decent amount of money on pizza that’s suppose to be one of the best. Little Caesars is better than this.
