It’s been a while since I’ve had Papa John’s, so I was really looking forward to it. I’m a big fan of their pizza. When I got it, it was piping hot and tasted just like I remembered. What intrigued me was that this place had both a drive-thru and drive-up service for pizza. I gave both a try, and they were both quite convenient and enjoyable.

Prob the best when it comes to the franchise chain of pizza places, and certainly the most consistent. I love papa John’s pizza even better cold the next morning, haha. An ancient wise man from China told me that’s how to cure a hang over, and it’s worked since I was 12. If no one told you today… I love you and I believe in you, do go make your dreams come true. My 6 years daughter found sharp plastic pieces while she was eating Afredo pizza from this store today. It hurt my daughter inside her mouth. How do i know if she swallowed the other small piece? So i called the store to get apology. The lady who picked up said so What do you want in a very rude way. I would not order dangerous pizza from papa johns. Do not order pizza here. So rude. They don’t want to listen to customer!! Stay away people!!!!! 3/29/23 order time was 10:42am.

Ordered a pizza from here because I expected a Papa John’s delivery person to deliver it to me. Instead they sent some GrubHub person who didn’t even knock on my door just left it on the front porch I had no idea was there. They also didn’t bring the other half of my order. When I checked my ring doorbell video the woman they delivered it picked it up out of the front floorboard of her dirty car that was packed with randomness! I went down and got a refund and a whole bunch of attitude. The grub hub person was standing in the back of the store where they prepared the food. We loved papa johns before but I will never order from this location

Called and placed a delivery order at 10:12 pm, employee said it would be delivered in 15-20 minutes. We called for an update an hour later, around 11:15 pm, & the employee said he “handed the pizza to a Doordash driver (??) about 15 minutes ago but if for some reason it isn’t delivered just call back in the morning & we’ll take care of it for you.” Writing this at 11:30 pm – still no pizza. Confused & hungry.

July 24th #881023835 Ordered online asked for extra sauce they sent out a dry bubbled up pizza dropped it off on my front porch for the ants to March one by one and invade my fixed order without ringing the doorbell, knocking or anything… so I threw the pizza with extra ants into the trash. Called Papa John’s to talk with the manager for a second time and told her my situation “at this point I would like a refund” she said she would refund me in full and it’s now July 29th and still nothing. So I had to call the 1800 number to address my concerns all to find out she never processed my claim. Wow..

I SAY USE DOMINOES 3 TOPPING LARGE CARRY OUT $7.99. (great deal) Just picked up pizza here. I went in and told them and showed a picture of where I tried to use me ATTRACTIONS BOOK coupon with code NCDEAL25 which takes 25% off of menu price. I went online line and tried to order a medium 3 topping pizza which equaled $12.57 MENU PRICE. would have been $9.43 with discount. I entered code NCDEAL25 like book says and it came up deal expired December 31st cannot use go to our specials. I called store and no one answered. So I went to specials and got a large 5 topping $14. When I got to store showed manager what happened and asked if he could just take 25% off the $14 and he said no already discounted. I explained nicely that I really wanted the original 3 topping but could not do so. He said I will make you the 3 topping and honor the coupon this time but it will take 30-35 minutes. I said did NOT want to wait but you would throw away a perfectly good Large 5 topping pizza and make the 3 topping with discount instead of doing a $3.50 credit off $14? Yes was the answer. So would take a bigger loss and put the customer out at no fault of their own to prove some kind of point? OK well will NO LONGER do ANY business with Papa Johns just to prove a point…
