I’ve always been satisfied with Papa John on North main but I don’t know if there were new people working yesterday or what but I ordered a hand tossed pizza but the outside was thick but the inner part was more like thin crust.. that’s why it’s always good to check your food before you leave…however I will continue to order from them, maybe it was just a bad day

Good for a straight pie; made to order and decently prepared. Order anything extra though and you probably won’t get it (this order had 1 extra marinara and 2 extra pepperoncini, $2 goods not received). Awesome bread sticks but so little sauce!!! Wings while decent size are undercooked and not evenly coated (terrible quality for the price). Ranch cups expire next month, so thanks for that. Delivery driver was very courteous and professional.

The gentleman named Jay that works here is the most polite and hardest worker they have. Typically I get the take out large special because it’s a good deal. For the most part my pizza has always been consistent at this particular Papa Johns. I recommend this Papa Johns!

Out of the last 4 times I’ve ordered from here the order was correct 1 time. And the pizza was warm 2 times. Just this last time I ordered the garlic sauce was busted open and completely covered the pizza. And the few times my order was correct when I go to pick up a slice the toppings and cheese slides off, so then I’m eating just sauce and crust. I don’t recommend this place.

I originally ordered online. Tried calling to let them know I would pick up my order instead. The first call automatically put me on hold without even answering the phone to actually out me on hold. The second call was a pick up and hang up just for me to get here and absolutely have no customers and the person that suppose to be running the front is posting stickers on boxes while the phone continuously rings. Very unprofessional customer service.
