placed my order an 6, was quoted 15 min, got there 20 minutes after pizza said it was ready, waited inside for an hour. didn’t get pizza until 7:20. what the heck does papa johns have going on here. hefty white male, wearing red shirt, had glasses, and blonde long semi curly hair, lettering on the back, at register was no help! he told us it was in the oven and it’d only be 5-10 minutes, well ended up being 40 minutes. then came back to ask again, and said it was just being placed in the oven…so he lied. also was quoting people random numbers? but guy in beige with curly hair, crocs that have lighting on them deserves a raise. got our order AS SOON AS WE ASKED HIM!!!!! when spending $50 on bread, sauce, and cheese your expect it quick…come on.

I ordered 4 extra large pizzas online for a family birthday party. The app was very user friendly. I especially loved that I could track the status of my order. That was so cool!!! My order was accurate and piping hot when I picked it up. The food was very tasty. I was a little disappointed though that if you order an extra large pizza, it’s not an option to get a thin crust.

Ordered delivery and the guy on the phone, Caleb, was bluntly rude to my wife who was just asking why our order would take over a hour to deliver despite us being five minutes away from the store! We asked if it would be quicker for us to just pick it up and he said to not even bother and that it would be delivered when it was delivered. This was Monday evening and I’m still furious over how he acted! On top of that, the pizza wasn’t even how we ordered it. Why would I pay the extra price for a stuffed crust pizza is your gonna deliver us a regular undercooked pizza with barely any cheese? Just all around ridiculous. Don’t come here if you want good customer service and good food.
