Tried the new garlic stuffed crust and it was pretty horrible. It was rushed , we had to put in the oven when we brought it home, and it was terribly greasy and we didn’t even want to finish eating it. Very disappointing.

This review is just for this location, not for Papa John’s as a company, nor the app (which sucks). I’ve had issues with the app bugging and glitching multiple times and they always fix my order without question. They’re always very friendly over the phone. They have also always been super fast on delivery.

Well, we called in pizza for our family today for the Super Bowl. They took our order and said they could deliver at 5:30 PM. They charged our credit card for the order. A few minutes later Papa John’s called us back and said they could not guarantee the delivery at that time. They told us to call back at 5:30 to ask what time they could have it ready. That was not what they told us when we ordered. So, we canceled our order. This is so disappointing to hear after they confirmed our order and time of delivery. We have a family of almost 10. Papa John’s will NOT be receiving our business in the future for their dishonesty with us today.

Needed a special pizza for a friend just coming home from surgery, ordered on line; Regular crust with mushrooms and pepperoni. Needed it within 45 minutes ( drive time across town ).
