So this place uses doordash to deliver, yet when an order gets lost they have no information on who picks it up or a way to reach them , people at the store sounded disgruntled that I had to call twice to get the answer of ” all I can do is refund you or remake it to be sent again through doordash” which failed to get it here the 1st time! Poor poor service

Order was missing a topping and the woman there (I think may have been the GM) said she would make another and that I could keep the mistake, as well as gave me credits for 2 more free pizzas for a later date. She was very nice and helpful and seemed concerned about her customers having a good experience. The parking lot sucks there though lol

At 2 pm Saturday I ordered a pepperoni mushroom and extra cheese pizza. 3 hours later I received a cold pepperoni pizza. Was the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had since papa John’s pizza opened in Morgantown

I actually enjoyed the pizza and the other things that we ordered I’ll do Domino’s every now and then i will buy Domino’s but not very appetizing don’t do it often twice in last year I would have to put Domino’s under three stars and y’all got my boat five stars but y’all topped it’s very enjoyable to eat tasty yummy

I stopped to pick up a pizza on my way to a friend’s house. I won’t pay their ridiculous ‘delivery fee’ of $4.99. I ordered a large 2.5 topping pizza and picked it up at Beechurst Ave store. Total price was $24.00! I’m done with a little above avg Pizza at a extremely high price…Never Again.

I am from out of town. Papa johns is always a good go to for me as I am a big fan BUT this papa johns was absolutely terrible. After a long drive, I was ready to eat. It took an hour and a half for them to deliver and when my food arrived, it was cold!! First and last time that I will EVER order from this papa johns. No one should ever have to heat up fresh delivered pizza. THUMBS DOWN!!

The food quality would have been good if they would have made my order correctly . I asked for specific items to be left off my pizza, and when I received it, it appeared as if they had put extra . I even asked the man taking my order politely to repeat my order back to me, but it was still made incorrectly .

Placed an order at 5:30pm to be delivered at 7:30pm. It is currently 8:30pm, and I have yet to receive my order or a text message/email that it’s on the way. I have tried to call the store but haven’t had any success speaking to anyone, as I have been on hold for 15 minutes. I understand being busy, but there is no excuse for an over an hour late and no contact.
