Our child was admitted to WVU Medicine Children in the PICU. We called an order for an XL cheese pizza. They told us we could pay via card or cash. Once the delivery lady arrived she stated we could not pay with card and she did not have any change. She charged us 40 dollars for one pizza ! Very unprofessional, especially in this situation.

I was to get curbside pickup. Waited 20 minutes while I watched one person drumming on the cash register and the other play on her phone. Then when I went in thinking maybe it wasn’t ready, it had been for awhile. Then I got nasty looks and I’m sure nasty comments. Very dissatisfied!

Didn’t get what I ordered or to pepper and cheese pizza stuffed crust and got two cheese pizza with stuffed crust .Cost me $40 and wasn’t that good.

This was my favorite until the past week. They’ve done nothing but canceled my orders and now they kept my $10 reward. I’m 39 weeks pregnant and literally just wanted pizza and no one in the store has the balls to even answer the phones. They ignore me. Put me on hold than end it. They close at 12am. Not 10:30pm or 11pm so there’s no reason for it. Most places care about their customers. These guys don’t.

Square cut means square cut and extra cheese means extra cheese!!!!!! Why offer the option of one and charge extra for the other if you’re not going to do either. I paid way too much didn’t get what I wanted and had an overall unpleasant experience. I would post photos of the bald toppingless spots on my pizza but I’ve already added cheese myself. But have no cure for the lack of pepperoni and mushrooms that I got on my sauced bread.

Hunter is the most gorgeous employee i have ever seen. the way he drives to deliver the pizzas with such grace and poise is unmatched.
