WOW we were hungry & we finally got a pizza that was delicious. Perfect delivery service on time still hot and really good. i’m not sure what the exact order was, because my husband did the ordering. I saw and tasted meatballs, pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, plenty of cheese & stuffed crust, and it was really good.

Phone is answered at order center by a person who speaks broken English. He was upset that I was having a hard time communicating with him, though I was trying to be patient and polite, He huffed at me and was extremely rude. If you like soggy/slimy wings these are for you. We ordered Xtra done but they were swimming in sauce and soggy. I ordered the new spicy lemon, all I can say is yukkkkoo!. Our pizza was undercooked and over sauced.

We called and were asked if we would like to order the special pepperoni stuffed crust pizza (the current promotion) we said yes and ordered a total of 2 pizzas for delivery and was told delivery time would be 20 min. 1hr later we received 1 pizza and called store to find out that only one was delivered because the promotional pizza was not placed on the order . After talking with assistant manager Andrew asking what they were going to do about this because we clearly ordered 2 large pizzas we heard the other Assist Manager Joe being very mouthy in the background about not giving away free pizzas while Andrew was doing the best he could with the situation. At this point we didn’t even want the pizza anymore free or discounted. Instead of helping us the blame was being put on the call center so there was nothing the store would do. I feel as though the customer service was very poor on Joe’s part and Andrew did all he could. This was our dinner as we are in a hotel visiting from out of state. ( For a celebration of life) Unfortunately the one that suffered most was our daughter as the pepperoni was for her. The one star rating is completely belonging to Andrew who tried. I would have given 0 otherwise. While in town visiting family next time we will never order from this store again.

I really like this location. It only takes about half an hour after I place my order online for it to be ready. They have also never messed up my order which is great. This location is also extremely clean and the employees take great care of the store. The employees are very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Me and my family was highly impressed with our pizza and wings today. The Papa John’s team cooked the food with love, and when we brought it home we kept repeating to each other of how good the food was. Thank you for your professionalism and how good our meal was.
