If I could rate this location on service alone, it would be a 0. The staff were rude. They acted like we didn’t exist. They ignored my sister for over 8 minutes when we went inside to pick up. (She was the only person there.) Our order was incorrect and missing our sauce. We would have turned around to have it fixed. Unfortunately, we had been at softball tournaments all day. And we were exhausted. This location was a disappointment.

Used online app for 2 take out and was 8 bucks each. Quick making, quick ready time and we’re staying at Hampton Inn so close by. The check out associate offered plates and napkins which I felt was special considering she didn’t know we live here and happen to be staying at the hotel. Great service with a smile and super kind. Pizza is alright as usual and I believe that following the app messages sent to my cell for the making, baking, almost done and ready with estimate time has been the best yet for being about 2 minutes from here, grabbing the pizza, getting it back it was warm and not manufactured tasting like paste and odd cheese melt like wax when i’ts been delivered. This is how I remember Papa John’s tasting growing up. This would be the way to order too, they are quick and PICK IT UP. Thanks

Delivery driver was great, super nice and friendly he should get 5 stars. The pizza however was wrong and when i called to get it replaced the manager sounded like trashy mouthed brat. Said the toppings were under the cheese. No they wernt. So after she yelled at the driver that he better bring back the other pizza because it was not wrong and we were liars he did bring us the new pizza. And it was very good.

This used to be my go to place when ordering lunch while at work, now I wouldn’t eat there if you paid me. Whatever delivery time they give you, go ahead and add a minimum of 1hr to it then hope you actually get what you ordered. The last 2 times I have ordered, I have waited for 2-3hrs and in the past have waited as long as 4hrs before I got my food. I also have not gotten what I ordered. The drivers are always professional and this is in no way a reflection of them, but is a reflection of management. Im not sure what went wrong because this business used to be on point, but now you never know when or if you will get your food and if it will be hot or cold (that has also happened more times than not in the last 2 weeks)
