I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Ordered 2 papadias for dinner tonight at 5:20pm. Get to the store and they haven’t even started our order. It is currently 6:33pm and they hand us our food… well, they only made 1 papadia so now we are waiting for them to make the 2nd papadia. This has been the worst experience. Wasted time, gas, and money. I sure hope it taste good when we get home. I do not recommend the crew that is working tonight.

So I just have to drop on and edit this review because of the man who was working on Tuesday I’m sorry I didn’t get your name but you were working alone my mom was craving pizza so we called in an order and it was the best pizza we’ve gotten from this location in a long time which is saying alot about this nice guy who was working solo out order was correct and delicious and he didn’t complain at all…. Old review we went here to get pizza usually it’s decent tonight however was a different story ordered two the works and one bacon pizza one of the works had everything on it the other one had alota olives but no meat of any kind a hunk of green pepper and nothing else does this look like a the works pizza and multiple people were working who continued to complain but couldn’t get our order correct

Bless that poor driver. He handed me my pizzas with a smile. The pizzas were barely warm because they left the store more than an hour before. We’re 10 minutes from the store. I was given a delivery time of 55-67 minutes. My pizzas arrived almost exactly 2 hours from when I placed the order. I called and was told that they are very sorry but they only have 1 delivery driver. As a formed food service worker, I never leave bad reviews. After reading all of the reviews similar to mine I felt the need. This restaurant is severely understaffed and I question the choice to continue taking orders that consistently they are unable to fill in a timely manner. And based on the reviews this is an ongoing problem.

Don’t order from them, they delivered our pizza after calling and asking for directions, we called driver to find out where he was and the driver said he left it at a shed, there was no house and there were no cars, they won’t answer their phone at the store, can’t talk to anyone to get your money back, called numerous times, left on hold twice for over 10 minutes they have very poor customer service, Domino’s didn’t have any problems finding us!!

Live 5 minutes out from this store. Waited for over an hour and a half for a one topping pizza. Driver was “on the way” for 30 of those minutes. Not sure if they were using map quest or are just directly challenged even though the address provided comes up easily. Luke warm upon arrival. Horrible customer service. Better off going somewhere else.
