I called in for pick-up. The order went well, the pizzas were coming out of the oven when I got there & everything was delicious! We got a 3 topping pizza which was the Special + a Philly cheese steak pizza. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Will be back & recommend to others!

Hate it. We had our order delivered to the wrong motel room. Was told it was remade and it took over a hour and a half to get our food. When we finally did get it, it was cold and had the wrong toppings. We wasn’t even offered a discount for our order. We had to call in multiple times to even locate our food. If our debt card hadn’t been charged for the order, we would have not even bothered with it and went somewhere else with decent service for our dinner that night.

Seriously the sweetest staff and best customer service. My son in I went in to pick up our pizzas for his birthday and the staff empty their tip jar to give him a birthday present. My son was so surprised and happy. Made his year. He will never forget this. Plus, they walked the pizzas out to our truck!

They said they would deliver within 35 min 3 hours and 17 minutes later the general manager said bi**h I got one driver if u want me to cancel I’ll cancel and hung up in my ear!! That’s not safe practice some people don’t play when it comes to their $$ furthermore taking $$ for goods you don’t provide is called obtain money by false pretenses! Good luck see ya in court papa johns and unnamed scared general manager! Don’t let ya mouth speak on something ya hands can’t back up

I called and placed my order at 7:14pm for Delivery as we were staying at the Holiday Inn and Suites. They said it would be between 35/45min before it was delivered. After about an hour at 8:21pm I called and inquired about how much longer, the lady on the other end was super short with me and said do you want to cancel because that’s all we can do for you right now and went onto say she’s only 1 person and she’s doing everything, taking calls, making the dough and cooking. We decided to just drive up there to get our pizza rather than having it delivered. We arrived at 8:32pm and told them we were picking up and to not deliver it. There were 4 people working. 1 lady taking calls, 2 men making pizzas and 1 delivering. They hadn’t even put our pizza in the oven by the time we showed up. We ended up waiting there for another 40min and FINALLY got to eat around 930pm! I would not recommend this Papa John’s especially since a lot of the other reviews express this same very thing.

Never had delivery from here only carry out. Food is decent but I’ve gotten the parmesan crusted papadia and it’s never like the picture. All they do is sprinkle parmesan cheese on it. Please someone who had it from another Papa John’s let me know if they were the same please.

Ordered pizza was given an estimated delivery time of 36 minutes. An hour later no pizza. I call and after being put on hold twice was told it was out for delivery. 15 minutes later, still no pizza. I call again and was told it was delivered. Mind you I have been sitting near the door listening and heard no knock or any car pull up. Apparently the driver made it back to the store and just kept saying I went where Google maps told me. I kept explaining wherever she went was the wrong address . I was put on hold again twice then hung up on. I called back and she kept saying the same thing. No one was offering to remake it or refund me being that I already paid in advance online., but had no pizza. Finally got a.manager she said she would refund me but I’ve yet to see it. Ordered from Domino’s and it arrived in under 30 minutes. Never order from this store terrible service.
