Picked up my order on 1/22/23 crew was friendly and good tasted good but they gave me the topping of a small pizza on my medium pizza. So I’m not to happy about that both were made like this although the pepperoni was slightly worse. Including photo normally your dough ring is about a inch wide here its roughly 3 inches. Honestly wish I had gone else where and will next time. Because somebody made this and knows they left over have the pizza without toppings then most likely somebody else boxed it up and nobody thought we should remake this? Tells me a lot about the mentality at the store.

Whoever the guy manager is I believe his name was Anthony. He was so rude! I was standing in line waiting for my pizza and an employee came in to get a drink. (I’ve seen her there before working) She waited to be checked out and he was rude to her! He kept cutting eyes at her and having attitude with her. She had got upset because of the way he acted. I felt bad for her having to deal with that. She even apologized for the managers actions and she didn’t even do anything. He should not treat paying customers the way he did even if she is employed there. SHES STILL A PAYING CUSTOMER AND HUMAN. Papa Johns you really need to consider your management. They guy look maybe 24 he clearly has no people skills.

Disappointed. We tried this relatively new pizza shop hoping for a pleasant surprise. Ordered a thin crust, large ($11) one topping (sausage) pizza. Dry, underwhelmingly put together (fixings stopped way before the edge), and the sausage itself was not tasty at all. Might be our taste, or it might be too cheap of quality sausage. We want this shop to succeed in the community, but it will definately have to step up its game.

Terrible customer service! They literally were so rude when I called to tell them I got the wrong pizza and they treated me as if it were my fault! It’s ridiculous. Here’s a tip if you work in customer service, reminder don’t argue with the customer. Just remake the pizza as you should, and admit your wrong. Instead the manger want to throw everyone else under the bus instead of fix his actions. The manager personally has no people skills at all!! The attitude that I got was uncalled for! Do better PAPA JOHNS.

Haven’t had Papa John’s since I moved up here in 2004. Got me a large pepperoni early this week, and it was delicious!!!!! I have missed the flavor, the quality, and just everything about Papa John’s!!! Also, I had great service, only waited about 5 minutes. Can’t wait to order another one tomorrow!!!!! Placed my order at 12:45 pm and wasn’t delivered till 2:20 pm. Not only was it cold but it was not eatable. The middle of the chicken bites was doughy and the Philly Steak pizza was doughy. When I called to let the manager know he gave every excuse in the book. Never again .. ( And this was my first and last order.)

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in my entire life was treated less than human from the moment I arrived and when you place an order days in advance it should matter that it’s done on time was talked to like a dog and treated with no respect at all I had to initiate conversation to even get someone to acknowledge I was in the building
