Probably the slowest of all of Papa John’s locations. They seem to always forget part of your order or the sauces you’ve requested. Always missing about $10 worth of product every delivery. I’ve started carry out to ensure everything os as it should be. The biggest problem with this location is certainly the quality control.

Placed an order for a small corporate training session (6 pizzas)—I messed up the online order time and called the store and Mattie was very accommodating and fixed the delivery time along with an advance call telling me the order was ready. Afterwards she promptly emailed me the receipt which I misplaced. Her customer service was exemplary and she is to be commended.

Well that will be the LAST time I order papa John’s, my pizza was cold and it was wrong on top of the fact I waited 40 minutes once I got there just to be given a wrong cold pizza. Called to tell the manager and got told they would make me a new one and deliver it to me to work, which didn’t happen and when I called again I was told there was nothing they could do. Waste of my money and my time! Will not return there.

Not sure why they have no drivers. I did an order around 8:40, and the manager called me saying they don’t deliver this late anymore. Evidently he’s running the entire place solo. Guess I will be going to a local restaurant instead. Very saddened about this. I’ve been a regular customer for over a decade.

Ordered delivery for a working lunch with my colleagues, but door dash sent it to the wrong address. The Salem Papa’s team not only made it right, they were also very professional about the whole mix up. The food was delicious as always (I have never had it disappoint me). Overall a bad experience. Ordered online, est around 60mins. Took about 1.5hrs to get somebody else’s pizza order. Had a different name and address. Driver was friendly and apologized and said he would get our order. Called store to inform them, thought it was being remade. Got the replacement order pretty quick, so I was going to let it go. But it was not remade, pizza was room temperature and already getting hard. Called the store and was told they are busy, backed up and I could not talk to management due to them being on the phone with similar complaints. Requested a call back, even on the online survey multiple times, no response. I’m done with this place, pizza been going down hill for years. Other places we can order from.

This used to be a great pizza place, but oh have things changed! They are absolutely the worst in town hands down! First of all I was overcharged for my pizza so I went back in and brought it to the managers attention. After fumbling around for it least 5 minutes I simply asked her to put my refund back on my card and I would go elsewhere. She finally accomplished that ( I guess, waiting to call my card company and see). Then she rang me up again. I again told her to just issue my credit and I would go somewhere that cared for my business! She kept looking at her phone trying to figure who knows what. At this time she said the pizza just came out. I asked her for a customary discount due to the ridiculous situation. Once she got done fumbling with her phone, she abruptly turned around, ran to the pizza shelf, and grabbed my order slamming it down on the counter saying “you dont owe anything I took care of your entire bill.” At this point I told her that I didn’t want anything for free and offered to pay the new balance. She VERY RUDELY AND LOUDLY stated again “I took care of it.”

2 people working their butts off as is everywhere. Stop raising the price of new hires. Start rewarding the people who stayed and show up. Great pizza but when you’re underpaid and underappreciated and overworked, that’s grounds for business failure. Crank up these people’s pay and show thanks.
