Anytime I have ordered from papa John’s my pizza has either been completely wrong with no intentions on correcting their mistakes or I’ve just not gotten my delivery due to poor store management. After tonight when they changed the price of my order and and didn’t tell me, the delivery driver ended up with a much larger tip because I wasn’t made aware of the price change. Dominos will get the rest of my pizza business from here on out

Like the food but now twice in the last six months they cancelled our order because they didn’t have a driver/staff required. It is Saturday and they have one driver working, who had to go home sick. But no other staff could drive it? Why only staff one driver? Upper management or corporate should pay more people to work for them.

My husband and I walked in and ordered. We were in no hurry, so went to the car to wait for the 15 mins we were told it would be. It felt like no time had passed, and the nice guy that took our pizza order brought our pizza to the car for us!! I wasn’t expecting it! There are still nice people in this world. Disappointing. It has been several years since I last had a Papa John’s pizza. The overall quality has gone down significantly. The crust used to be a delicious almost Neopolatin-style: seasoned, fluffy, crispy and chewy. But now it is flat and almost flavorless. The sauce and pepperoni were both very tasty. But the mushrooms looked like they came from a jar. Good to know I have not been missing much.

I call on Monday night to have Pizza delivered to myself and my friend at his hotel. I got a phone call from the store saying they didn’t have a delivery driver that evening. He ask if wanted to cancel or come pick up the order, I went ahead cancelled it. I think if not going to have a delivery driver please let people know if they call to order or ordering online. My order was 24.35 I placed the order on my friend’s credit card I hope it was refunded back to his card.

Avoid this place. When I order a pizza and request double cheese, it means I like more cheese on my pizza but when you give me regular with less than normal, I won’t come again. I paid for the extra so give them to me. No veggies on the pizza so stingy. Well fool me once but not twice

Placed an order accidentally to this store through app. Called to cancel and was told no problem. They charged me anyway and when I contacted them they lied and said I never called to cancel. I even had employees at the other store I was at placing my new order as witness when I called and canceled the order. I’M DONE WITH THIS BUISNESS all together.

Last 2 orders have taken double the quoted time 1-1/2 hours and 2 hours. Food was cold and quality lacking. Called to speak with manager for a refund and was told the food has been under a heat lamp for 30 minutes it should be warm and they didn’t have drivers so door dash was bringing it, that I’d have to wait 10 minutes to speak to the manger. I ended up driving to the store to return food and get a refund. I’ve ordered from this store for over 10 years but this was my last time until new management is in place. Clearly there are some issues that need to be addressed.
