I ordered the Doritos/chicken special they had (with bacon) and sausage breadsticks. The breadsticks literally had only 5 pieces of meat of them, bacon was never included with my meal. Let me not forget that they are stingy with the meat! It was more of a flatbread with cheese. I’m highly disappointed

Everytime I order online and pay for extra dipping sauce I never get it so tonight I called cause sick being charged for dipping sauces I never received manager too lazy to take my information put me on hold to go get a paper and pen only not to have a pen at this time I’m fed up I will go to another papa johns lack of care for customers just bad they need to do better on top of that a 2 hour wait!

The pizza and breadsticks were OK, the boneless wings were over sauced and soggy. The place is pretty run down and in need of some maintenance and cleaning. The employees were nice though.

Better to have it delivered to you when you say 45 minutes expect an 1.5 hrs. when you go to pick it up and it says 20 minutes. 45 minutes to an hour. Didn’t acknowledge nobody coming in and very disorganized two managers barking orders and not even helping lower employees lead by example must not be in their slogan

i paid 40$ for food that i never got. tried calling the store to talk to someone and every time they hung up on me. tried to talk to the online support chat and they told me that if i couldn’t reach the store i could fill out a corporate complaint form and someone would “eventually get back to me”.

Good pizza, great deals! I used to love them, and couldn’t figure out why I stopped. Finally I ate a piece of the kid’s pizza from there, and realized I really didn’t like the pepperoni they use. Now I always order “cheese” only, with light sauce, bc they use way too much sauce. I recommend ordering online, bc they have better specials and I see people saying they got their order wrong, but I order online and they have NEVER gotten my order wrong, and I order from there a few times a week. Once I actually typed the order in wrong and they remade my pizza free. They gave my pizza to the wrong person once, and to make up for it they gave me a free drink. I always pick up, so I can’t speak on their delivery, but I’ve never gotten poor customer service here.
