Really, Papa Johns? Y’all looked at this and thought “Yep, looks good. Send it.”? Is quality control not a thing anymore? We tried eating it and it doesn’t even taste like it usually does. The whole thing looks diseased. The only saving grace was that the cookie was good. Will NOT be ordering from here again.

I’ve haven’t order from papa johns in a while after my last situation, but I tried to give them another chance. I order my food at 1047 and the delivery time was 34-44 minutes which even though I live right up the road from the place it was okay with me. I took exactly 65 mins for my food to be delivered. I call the store and the person who answered the phone (they didn’t say their name) stated that the computer puts the delivery in as the orders come in and then she hang up the phone up and I wasn’t even finished talking. I used to work for a pizza company, and I know how the delivery process works. If the employee who have just told me that the delivery driver was running late, I would have been fine. But the fact that she just hangs up in my face was just plain disrespectful. When my food did get here the driver pulled my food out and I asked to feel the box and it was cold. I simply told the driver I didn’t want it. Papa John’s use to be way better with food and communication. This was my last chance giving them another chance and I will not be ordering from them again.

The general manager at Papa John’s store #867 is the most disrespectful employee I’ve ever had an encounter with. I called after placing an order on the Papa John’s app and was notified that the pizza had been delivered although it hadn’t been. I called the store to politely ask if maybe they had left the pizza somewhere and maybe I was just overlooking it, and they told me the driver had called multiple times even though I never received a single phone call. They refused to deliver the pizza and said to come pick it up for carry out, however, with no means of transportation, this was not an option for me at the time, so I just explained that to the worker and she told me to hold on while she transferred me to the General Manager. When transferred to the GM, she was immediately rude and cut me off while I was trying to explain the situation and kept trying to speak over top of me. I told her to please speak to me respectfully as I am not being rude to her and was just put on hold from the employee I was originally speaking with, and she continued to speak to me very rudely with a nasty tone and said “okay well I’ll just void your order” and hung up on me. I tried to call back to see if I could get a refund for the pizza I never received, and my calls were blocked. I called the store off my moms phone, and they answered finally. I asked the name of the general manager only to be told “I don’t know” and was hung up on once more. Do NOT order from this location. HORRIBLE customer service. I’ve never even written feedback on any business before because who has time for that? Today I do.

As a family, we enjoy the food. My only issue is that I always ask for square cut. When I get my pizza, it’s not cut the requested way. I refuse to wait until another one gets cooked so it could be corrected so I just take it as is. It would be nice if they honored a simple request.

I order here regularly….The food is always on point and the service is amazing….They always make you feel like family…I live about 55 mins. away, but work in the area…While at work I drive past several pizza places to order from here. And I sometimes order here to carry home to enjoy later. Again I will say this….The food is great, but it is the remarkable staff that brings me back time and time again! Other pizza places should take lessons from this staff!
