My wife ordered a pizza and it wasn’t cooked completely. The associate said he is going to check the oven. There is a health concern. Having had a SafeServe Manager Handler certification, someone is not doing their job. Health concern and the pizza does not taste good.

I placed an on line order for delivery. I reside 10 min away. They transfered me to another store that was 15 min away. Neither store delivered to me so I wound up calling pizza hut that was surprisingly 10 mins away. Had o had a choice in the matter this time I would have went to pizza hut because they delivered to me. My GPS took me papa John’s instead. Need to get another GPS so I can support business that will deliver to me. I live in a retirement community of 64 and older adults. Just goes to show who wants old folks business.

To make a very long story short, pizza was disgusting and wrong. Very nonchalant, ghetto and rude manager. She even hung up on me!! And tried to say she didn’t. Most importantly and not to make anyone but there was a whole string of hair in the brownies!! Not on top but in it. I had proof of everything and she didn’t seem to believe me. DISGUSTING. Never going back now and I ordered from here for YEARS!

Order food and it was a simple fix and I called to at least get them to fix my order and whom ever is hung up on me. Less than 1 star. Rudest worker’s. When you walk in they don’t speak. You have to start the conversation. They don’t say anything but point to the payment pad. They don’t speak when you say thank you. They completely ignore people.

I ordered ahead online & picked that I wanted my pizza done at 5:45pm. I get a text update at 5:23pm telling me that it is already done & ready to be picked up. So my pizza was just sitting there for over 20 minutes before I was able to pick it up. This is NOT ok. I like my pizza hot & fresh, it wasn’t even barely warm. Mind the times that people choose because we don’t all live just right around the corner from you.
