I ordered pizzas for my daughter’s birthday party for pickup. I neglected to note the schedule of events for her party. I actually needed the pizzas an hour and a half later than when I ordered them. The staff at this PJ’s was more than amicable about changing my order time and status from carryout to delivery. Plus, that delivery arrived right on time! I wish I had had cash on me at the time the driver–also super friendly–arrived with the pies. Thanks PJ’s! Customer Service is not dead!

Be careful when using your card here. They charged me twice for the same order. Then when I called them after my husband alerted me I was told they couldn’t do anything and he’d have the boss call me when he came in. Well who knew he never called. So I guess I’m calling corporate in the morning and someone is getting fired. Money is hard enough to earn out here without a company taking your money twice. I just paid over 100 for two pizzas. Lovely.

I had to wait at less 5 minutes to be served because there was only one person working, he was in the bathroom. I placed my order went out for 20 minutes came back my order was ready but they didn’t give me my 2 liter soda so I called them to let them know. They said my refund would be credited back to my bank card. Not yet! I’m not going back there.

Their pizza was delicious but I can’t rate five stars because when my Mexican boyfriend walked in, all the workers looked terrified and scared at first. It made him feel uncomfortable that he makes people scared. When all he was trying to do was pick up a pizza. The quality was amazing though I definitely recommend for the food.

I really think A LOT of these reviews are unfair. We’ve ordered from this location many times. The only “problem” we’ve experienced was maybe a longer wait time for delivery but that’s to be expected. Nobody wants a job anywhere right now. Everyone who’s came to my house and delivered me pizza I have always tipped them 20 percent if not more. These people are probably delivering dozens of pizzas in one trip because nobody wants to work right now. A little compassion goes a long way!!!

I used to be a huge Taco Bell fan. But because of food portions that I received last week as in previous 2 years, My overall satisfaction is dwindling annually. I’m a big hard shell and soft-shell taco fan. And when you have that occasional weird craving for Taco Bell, you got to go . But the soft taco tortilla gets smaller and the beef portions too in particular is less. I feel like I’m ordering a lettuce and tomato Taco with beef on the side! Probably won’t go again to any Taco Bell for the next 6 months- seriously:-(

Our first order at this location was 2 pizzas delivered 2/12/21. 1 was wrong so we called and they said they would make us another one and added notes to the system. Then the person who got the wrong pizza got sick from it later that night to top it all off… One week later on 2/19/21 we thought we would give it another shot because who doesn’t like pizza right?? Wrong… we ordered again to get the right pizza made and they sent the same wrong pizza as the first order. When we called to get the right pizza delivered the shift leader stated that if we wanted the right pizza we would have to pick it up as “there was no way he could send a delivery driver to us because the system does not work that way”- I worked in the service industry and this was a blatant lie to not have more mistakes on record, get a manager approval, etc.

I’m not a huge fan of Papa John’s to begin with and rarely order from them, but I’ve had one terrific experience at this location and one very “meh” one. Both involved the new NY Style pizza. The first one we ordered a few weeks ago was awesome and I frankly couldn’t believe it came from Papa John’s. The crust was thinner and the slices were indeed large and easy to fold. My wife and I ordered a NY Style again last night and it was NOT the same quality as the one a few weeks ago (and I suspect that though we ordered a NY Style, we were made a regular style pizza because it was that doughy and boring).
