If i could give negative stars I totally would. By far the worst experience I have ever had. The customer service is plain rude with poor communication amongst team members. I can’t rate the food when I can not even get access to it! The UVA flex dollars system do not even work and the line just disconnects, and we get blamed for that. The workers are so so mean, and they steal tips from drivers. Do not buy from this racist store.

Definitely working hard to turn it around. As an old Pizza Hut manager, I understand the difficulties associated with keeping good people in the restaurant industry. Being short staffed is typically because people call out. What I can say is, even with these problems, they’ve managed to be one of my favorite places to order food.

Did an order online and wanted my pizza lightly baked and was told by a manager that they couldn’t do it…. But every other place in town does including the other papa John’s located on pantops. Then asked for plates was told again by manager oh I can give you a ton of napkins. Then asked for parmesan packets I asked for at least 8 because my order was going to 2 separate places oh I can give you 4 but I will have to charge you 0.15 for the rest. Like really I’ve worked at a pizza place before and never had a hard time getting a lightly backed pizza before this is ridiculous. Never ordering here again

I used to work at Papa John’s in the early 2000s. Wow what a change! Still waiting on a Phone Call from a General Manager 4 days later! Local managers hands are tied a lot I do not fault them for understaffing etc. this is a upper management issue with this location and all the issues!

Parked my car near the side of the building to finish a phone call before I used the car wash next door. Angry lady came out and said “hey buddy, whatcha doin” and that I couldn’t park there because they just closed. I explained what I was doing and she told me I had to leave. Unbelievable lmao. Papa never would have stood for this.
