Grossly incompetent delivery driver who didn’t understand where or what a clubhouse for an apartment complex was. And subsequently wanted me to meet him on the street. It took me longer to explain where to go than it took for Papa John’s to make the pizza and send it. That service was substandard.

I have ordered twice from here and it’s been a disappointment twice. The store is about a 7 minute drive and they still take 1+ hour for delivery. Pizza and items arrive cold. Their new pan pizza and New York style pizza are not good. Tastes and looks just like their original pizza. I also ordered some garlic parmesan bread and the sauce was open and messy. Never again ordering from Papa John’s. Definitely not better ingredients.

Driver was great! Online ordering experience was great! The Pizza however, made me wish I never ordered. Hard crust, lack of flavor, 1 pizza was wrong, very light toppings, and chicken wasn’t even as good as the frozen kind from the grocery store. Sauces were tasty though.

The manager Mario was very helpful with my large pizza order for my son’s birthday. I had to make some last minute changes to the delivery order and he was very accomodating. So here I am giving papa John’s one more chance. I ordered a pizza was told between 27 and 30 minutes it has now been 45 minutes. Just called up and spoke to someone I told them that I was wondering about the status of my pizza because it’s been way too long the guy replied what and then hung up on me. This is the worst papa John’s service I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life of ordering pizza. Whoever is in charge of this store has no idea what they’re doing or how someone else is running it. I would avoid this papa John’s at any cost it’s not worth your time. Mind you I only live 5 minutes away from this place. This place deserves 0 stars but you’re only allowed to go as low as one.

I had a great experience. I called in to order 6 Large pizzas and 2 orders of breadsticks for my grandson bday party. The guy that answer the phone was great. I wanted the pizza there by 1pm came a few mins early very happy. The delivery guy was great as well my food was hot and cooked well everyone enjoyed.
