truly awful. it’s been 40 minutes since they marked it out for delivery and I live within a mile. I ordered at 6 PM on a Friday, if you can’t handle my order of one (1) pizza at that time just shut down for the day man. I’ve worked in restaurants and you should definitely have the ability to dispatch a Doordash driver for an order you can’t handle with your own drivers.

We ordered garden fresh veggie pizza to take out. The pizza was unfresh and slightly burned. It seemed they gave the one that was not prepared the same day. Had a severe diarrhea.

I needed to order 45 pizzas for a school event and the staff called to confirm the order both the day before and morning of. The pizzas were ready, and the staff even helped load them into my car. They honored a school pricing special as well. I’m very happy with my whole experience.

I see why it’s rated so low. Needed to modify my order and was on hold for 6-7 minutes. decided to call back to place an order just to get someone on the phone and they said they would have to transfer me to the store. What? How can you take orders but not modify them. Get your sheet together. Lack luster customer service but what can you expect for the losers that work at a pizza company

I wish I could give them no stars to post this review. I had a couple people over to my apartment to watch a movie. I placed my order at 5:30pm. We were still waiting for the pizza by the time the movie was over. I went to the establishment but there was a line that has form straight to the outside. Was a very cold night that day. I got a call from Doordash when I was at the Papa Johns parking lot. Apparantly Papa Johns sent a Doordash person to pickup my order. I somewhat raced home and met him. It was four hours after I called in my order that I got my pizza. They offered a 50% discount on my next order.

I tried to call and change the address of my order IMMEDIATELY after ordering because I realized it was set to deliver to the wrong address and I called about 5 times and never got anyone on the phone. Finally got a call from the door dash? driver who was delivering my food. I explained the situation to him and he obviously couldn’t help me at all… There was no way to call and get in touch with anyone just to change the delivery address…unbelievable.

Delivery has become extremely erratic. DoorDash partnership will do more harm then good. You shouldn’t expect pizza delivery on time or within a timeframe. If the tracker says 40 min expect more like three times the estimate or a cancellation. Better to go elsewhere or pickup.

I came in during super bowl Sunday and they were very fast. I couldn’t get a hold on the phone to the store but going on was easy. The pizza took 10 min to make. The cashier was very nice and helpful. He brought my pizza out to me the moment it was finished. Pizza quality overall is very good. I had the pepperoni and loved it.

First and last time visiting this fine establishment… I ordered a pizza for carryout by phone and informed the sales person that I would be using a coupon even specifically saying which one I had. The sales person told me the coupon was fine – just remember to bring it in when picking it up. When I went to pick up my order, coupon in hand, I was informed that the coupon was only for online orders so they would not honor it. After looking over the coupon that did not specify what mode the order needed to be placed on for it to valid, I argued with the sales person who wouldn’t budge. Then I asked to speak to a manager who I was told was “unavailable.” I simply walked out without my order – hungry and annoyed.
