You guys need to pay attention to order details and when we ask our pizza order should be well done it means you should burn the pizza. I ordered a 10 inch and it was all burnt and couldn’t even take a single bite of it. Just wasted the money at this franchise. I hope papa jones takes our concerns into consideration.

I ordered pepperoni pizza on my way back from shopping, called them when I was 15mins away and they said pizza will be ready in 10 … but the box was cold ..pizza was cold and hard to chew … definitely was passed down from older order to me . Also something weird happened ..the guy at the counter gives me the box as same time I was paying at the machine and he saw I didn’t tip him because it was pickup…he took the box back behind counter (which is super weird and has never happened )and I could see that he re-packed something ( I suspect he swapped old dry pizza with fresh one )… I could be wrong though… but was surely disappointed by this order … I generally get fresh and hot pizza otherwise from papa johns…

What’s the point of placing carry out orders an hour ahead of time when they’re going to keep you waiting almost 30 more minutes anyway? It’s nice to know that the guy checking order labels also can’t read well so I had to ask someone else to look for such an unusual name like “John”. At least I could enjoy the conversation going on in the kitchen with the employee who keeps scratching his face while he makes pizzas and can’t tell a story without saying “fu***ng” every other word.

Employees not washing their hands after handling money and helped customers at the register. I addressed the issue with manager and I was told that 500 degree oven kills everything. I am sure that all restaurants have the hand washing policy. I definitely recommend that if you decide to order from this restaurant, you should go in and place your order. I would never go back there. Manager actually argued with me when I told him that one employee I saw didn’t wash his hands after handling money and touched the register, customer credit card etc. I got a call from someone after 48 hrs. He defended his employees even he apologized. I didn’t think he was sincere. I am very disappointed with this situation.

I want to preface this by saying that the driver was very nice. The guy at the store I talked to on the phone, however, was extremely rude. My mom placed an order and it said it was out for delivery for a half an hour, so she called the store to check in. The guy who answered was very rude to her and said “yeah he’ll be there shortly” and hung up. Another half hour had past and I went outside the apartment building to check to see if it was dropped off and it wasn’t. So I called in again to see what was going on. The same guy my mom talked to answered the phone and cut me off from asking my question and got very snippy with me about the number being in wrong. I went to explain to him that it was my dads old number and he had passed and we hadn’t realized it was still his, and he hung up on me and said “yeah we’ll send him back out.” The only reason why this wasn’t a one star review was because the delivery driver was super nice when I told him about the number. The guy at the store was HORRIBLE.
