Shout out to Papa Johns on Cleveland Ave in Hagerstown! I called them to order several pizzas for a large group of friends riding their bikes to our home to give their support and well wishes to my husband battling cancer. Not only were the pizzas hot and delicious and delivered on time, but they donated them for the cause! We have ordered our pizzas here for many years and will continue to do so for many more. Great staff, great pizzas, Papa Johns Cleveland Ave, you rock!

Dude let us buy the pizza at the same price he offered a deal to the person after us no idea why we were not offered the same, customer service here is kurt and blunt, not a smile to be found. Poor kids seem like they have no idea what they’re doing, didn’t see a single adult adult in the establishment whoops typed that too soon, the ‘adult’ adult came from the back to ahem ‘take charge’ … now I’m a tattooed girl but sometimes face tattoo people ACT like face tattoo people, that’s all I’ll say I can see now the reason for a lack of smiles despite my friendly attitude and tip hopefully they turn this staff on its head, something here ain’t fittin’

I ordered online. Waited 40 minutes and she couldn’t find my house, all though they never had trouble before. The delivery driver called I tried giving her directions and she still didn’t show up after so I went to the store to see what’s going on demanded that my food should be free and get my money back for this inconvenience. And they refused and I refuse to eat cold pizza. So avoid eating her, ordering here

Charged my credit card NOT ONCE NOT TWICE BUT 3 TIMES YEAH!!. (BACK TO BACK a girl ran my card over phone), when I was paying for delivery of a make up and an additiinal order of wings. (from evening before when they gave me completely wrong pizza) I called in order to establish the credit that existed, then I PROCEEDED to place my new order to add to make up . Gave card info girl CONTINUED TO SAY MY CARD WAS DENIED. I CANCELLED ORDER CALLED CAPITAL ONE BANK Immediately. I established through my bank that that was not accurate so Had bank conference call (3 way) PAPA JOHNS Bank told them that it was approved 3 times So I paid and At midnight the money was taken out of my account. Never got ANY FOOD BUT THEY TOOK MONEY 3 TIMES THE AMOUNT. Completely unbelievable. ADDITIONALLY WHILE I WAS placing the ORDER the GIRL was redundant with completing simple order of (pepperoni pizza and wings) that was it.. Yet she had trouble focusing on me as I ordered she would not respond AT TIMES.. I WOULD SAY “HELLO” as she was on phone BUT GOT NOTHING. (Very weird encounter.) Don’t even want what they OWE TO ME.. I WILL FILE FRAUD ON MONDAY. SOMETHING’S REALLY WRONG HERE..

I am a former employee, I quit after being told that if I went to my nephews game I would be fine since I was also scheduled to deliver pizza at the time of his game. Hands down it was an easy choice. The crew I worked with were amazing people and fun to work with. The delivery drivers really rely on the tips since they are only making around $3 to $5 an hour when out delivering and the gas they use comes out of their own pocket. I was there a week and only made around $150 to $160 in tips and put around $60 in my vehicle the week I was there. So when you read this, remember the people delivering you food are good people spending their own money to get your food to you so at least $5 would really help them each time and if you can spare more for them that would be great.
