This place sucks, takes over an hour and a half to get 1 pizza. Told it would be delivered in 30-40 minutes and ends up taking over an hour and half and stilll no food. Call to check on the order and they won’t answer the phone. Worst pizza place ever

Amazing customer service and delicious food. I tried placing my order online using my papa dough rewards and the website wouldn’t place my order. Apparently papa dough can only be used while ordering online. I called the store and the general manager was so very kind and super accommodating by honoring my papa dough since their website wouldn’t place my order.

Not sure how this Papa Johns stays in business. Ordered 2 pizzas and Plain Chicken Poppers. Show up to pick up my food and they only made one of the 2 pizzas. Told them no problem I would run to the Sheetz and come back to get the second pizza. Get home with my food. My plain chicken poppers have buffalo sauce on them!

I’ve ordered from them 4 times now and the food and staff are EXCELLENT. They go above and beyond to serve us. We are out of the serving area so they call when they leave to meet me down the street and never have an attitude about it. Poor customer service. Pan pizza is impossible to keep in one piece when you’re driving. Garlic sauce hard(not melted). Bread sticks were cold. Online ordering was a fiasco. Had to repeat the process three times just to place an order. People at the store don’t care about the issues and act like you’re bothering them.

Papa John’s Pizza. They deliver and when we order from here, the food is normally ready in 15 minutes. The longest we’ve waited for delivery was 40 minutes and it was a holiday weekend on Friday. So far, the food is par for what to expect from a Papa John’s.
