I understand that all Papa John’s are franchisees. So the one in Easton, MD I would give zero stars just for the fact that on a Saturday afternoon, only one person is making all the food. I asked the girl, who was very pleasant about it and she said yes. They are only allowed to schedule one person. I even asked on the weekends too? She answered- yes! This is a security risk for this poor girl. I will never support this location again. I will find out if this franchise owner owns others and I won’t support those locations as well. **chefs kiss**

Working nights few places are open for delivery. I was very pleased with the food and service. The pizza was delivered on time, and the driver was professional and friendly. The pizza was DELICIOUS!!!! The pizza was fresh and prepared to perfection. I will be ordering from Papa Johns again!!!!

Store has changed hands a few times but the management isn’t exactly great… an overly ambitions delivery radius leads to long wait times and the employees are always visibly exhausted. The only thing worse is the other clientele; drivers often look stunned if you tip them over 4 or 5 dollars.

Whoever is answering the phone tonight has absolutely no manners. Sounds like she totally hates her life and doesn’t want to be there. Nor can she get an actual word out of her mouth. She said our food would be there in 25 minutes. After an hour we called and she said “Oh she ready leave now you still want it?”

We have had problems with this Papa johns before but never like tonight. I ordered my food online like I always do we waited an hour and a half for our food to get her to be told that they cancelled our order. While trying to say that they stood on my front porch and knocked and knocked I have a dog that barks at any movement on our porch and we did not hear a peep from him so I called and got called a lier and got hung up on teice. Never again will I give them my business they don’t even deserve one star

Papa johns pizza alright, just takes too long and is double the price of dominoes. Literally. For the same exact pizza. Maybe it’s cause I used their app but $40 for a large pizza w 3 toppings is ridiculous. Head on over to dominoes, they got you for the crisp Andrew Jackson.

5 stars to the manager on duty she was extremely busy but yet manged to have our pizzas ready in a timely expected fashion also very friendly the pizza was awesome and as long as we get service like that we will keep going back. Kudos girl!!,we love papa johns pizza consider us a regular!!
