I have bought their pizza for years and the service and food has been consistently amazing. I have tried all the pizza places in the area and the Westminster papa johns takes the cake for the best. Their pizza is deliciously constant and so is their great service, I highly recommend eating here!

Ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas. My pepperoni pizza was quite poorly made (see pictures), and didn’t even have crust underneath half of 2 pieces, so all of the toppings stuck to the cardboard…Yes they replaced my pizza, but at my expense to run back out for their mistake!

ordered a well done double pepperoni pizza extra sauce and garlic sticks. The pizza not well done, seemes under cooked with how white the cheese is. This is the third time i ordered here first time was a year ago when i moved here great, second time somehow it was my fault that their system put it in Germantown to deliver in Westminster so i stopped ordering from this company since its my fault their system messed up. this third time its honestly just meh, order time 78-90 min no problem i get a knock on the door 35 min later great its here but the website still says making order or i would have made sure to be ready for them not the delivery drivers fault just a company that cant keep up with technology. might try again next year maybe 6 months.

We’ve tried this location multiple times each time has gotten worse. We ordered tonight 80 minutes ago and are waiting patiently 🙂 app said 30 minutes for delivery manager appears to not care just a mess don’t recommend but to each there own.

We’ve never had a problem with this locations delivery service until they switched to using DoorDash. Our driver last night was extremely rude, forgotten items, left the food on the floor when we did not ask for contactless, was on a personal phone call complaining to the other person about how I – the customer- should have met her downstairs to retrieve the item that she forgot in her car. Then she proceeded to use profanity and raise her voice. The food was not an issue from this restaurant, only the driver. From now on I will just come into the store. 🙂

It’s a hit or miss with this location. Last night ordered an extra large with extra sauce. The pizza we received was 15″ with hardly any sauce. One of the slices was completely without sauce or cheese. When it’s good it’s good, but more often lately it has not been.

The delivery drivers are awesome and it is always a fast delivery! My son loves their pizza and he is very picky.. its sad the founder is gone and I wasn’t going to order again to be loyal bc of that but my son asked me and I can’t say no to him.

Almost always I have great service and my food is made as I have requested. My most recent ordering experience was not pleasant. I ordered pizza and wings. My wings came as I ordered them and then I looked at my pizza. I ordered chicken and pineapple but received ham and pineapple. An honest mistake I’m sure because ham and pineapple is such a common pizza order. However, I hate ham and I really was looking forward to my order. I called Papa Johns and spoke with a young girl who was friendly at first until I told her my issue. She rudely asked for my address and what my order was supposed to be. She huffed after I told her. Then puts me on hold for a few minutes. When she comes back she tells me that they can remake it and exchange the wrong pizza. Her tone was rude and she seemed very annoyed at my request. I told her that I would appreciate them correcting the mistake and asked how long it would be before my order would be delivered. She huffed again and said I don’t know, 15 to 20 minutes. I said thank you for your help and disconnected the call. About 20 minutes later I received my order and the delivery person was very polite. This was obviously not his mistake. I take my corrected order inside and the pizza is not cooked all of the way. The cheese is not fully melted and the crust is soggy in the middle. I have never experienced such poor service from this location. Again- the delivery driver was lovely and kind. I can only hope that the next time my family orders, we will have a good experience.

Ordered the Papa bowl, supposedly Veggie, but it was an over cooked greasy mess. Couldn’t distinguish the veggies from the grease and melted cheese – horrible!
