So Far so Good! Ordered some Papa Johns for delivery. Then went back to look at the reviews and was shocked on how many bed reviews were written! Mentally prepared ourselves to get a bad experience. But in 15 min. we heard a doorbell. Our pizza was hot and tasty. Got out order in full, nothing missing, driver was polite. Will definitely order more in the future!

I pre-ordered 12 pizzas (online) for a birthday party and requested they be delivered at 12 pm the following day. An employee called me the morning of the party around 10:30am and told me, the pizzas would be ready by 10:45 am. She explained that when they receive an order, they immediately start it. (Whether or not they noticed that the delivery time was at 12 pm, I’m not sure).

After consistently (3+ times) not getting extra sauce that I had paid for, I finally called to complain. The woman who answered the phone, and claimed to be the manager, was the rudest service worker I have ever encountered. Ironically, she claimed that I was being rude. When I mentioned the incident to coworkers, they laughed and said that they couldn’t me being rude to anyone. Oh well. I have been a decades-long customer of Papa John’s but haven’t ordered from one in the year since, even foregoing rewards earned. If you must order from PJ’s, do yourself a favor and steer clear of the Reisterstown location.

The manager at this location literally stated “we don’t know if the Orioles scored 5 or more runs even if it is on Instagram or Google, so you can’t use the code even if you have done that twice last month”….. Man that is kind of very disappointing that a store manager doesn’t have the power to put the code provided online. Dear God please help

First you talk to someone person in some office building then when you talk an employee there they were soo rude!!! I have been ordering pizza my entire life several time a week and have never ever got such bad treat ment!!! I called today at 8:18 pm on May 1st. If there is somone in you company actually cares about how their employees talk to people you should have serious talk with that women!!!! And the call center!!! I ended having to to Pizza Hut and I will never go back to your store!!

This Papa John’s is absolute trash. We ordered a basic pepperoni pizza at 7 o’clock and after an hour of waiting we called and the person we spoke with was really rude. She lied and said the delivery guy just left, even though we could see the delivery just kind of driving around town for about an hour. They lied again and said that the pizza was already delivered to an address that doesn’t even exist. Then lied a 3rd time and said that they “fixed the address and the pizza is being delivered”. Then the pizza showed up 20 mins later and it was, of course, the wrong pizza, cold, and misshapen. After trying to flag down the driver, I noticed his car was full of people who were clearly not employees. I’m not eating the pizza. It’s going in the trash. Complete waste of time and money and I will never purchase food from Papa John’s again. Papa John’s should literally be ashamed that this location even exists. Again, absolute trash place. How do you mess a pepperoni pizza being delivered (.6) miles away?

I placed a pick up order here and my pizza was made with no care at all. The cheese was everywhere; You could tell they were rushing to get it done. Also, my pizza was barely cut. They may have well just given it to me whole and uncut with the amount of “effort” that was put into it. I must say, I am disappointed and if you’re going here for food, please keep your expectations low.
