Not bad. But it was the worst Papa John’s I’ve ever had compared to other Papa John’s. Ordered pizza with three ingredients and what I received was closer to a cheese only pizza. They really skimped on the ingredients.

Very disappointed. This was the best Papa Johns around the area. For some reason they started using Door Dash for deliveries without saying anything. I don’t trust the random junkies Door Dash hires to deliver my food.Yea, there are some perfectly fine people working for DD, but there’s far more junkies in the greater Baltimore area than normal people. Sad to say yesterday was my last order from Papa Johns. The “safety” stickers that are used don’t stick properly so it’s impossible for PJ to say your pizza hasn’t been tampered with. Incredibly underhanded to not tell a customer where there delivery fee money is going. I never want to support DD, and PJ decided to use my money for that without even telling me they were handing my food off to someone with track marks down their arm. 0 out of 5 stars,.

Ordered two pizzas. They were delivered within 30 minutes and were hot and delicious. I wanted to write this more so because of the driver. When my husband expressed his surprise on how fast the delivery was, the driver said, “I heard you were hungry”. What a surprisingly fun thing to say! So we are our delicious pizza with smiles on our faces. It’s ALL about customer service! Kudos Papa Johns!

Try to order one pizza on a Sunday. Called 4 times but kept getting a typical angry hangup finally was put through to customer service (not intentionally) and my order was taken instantly. Called back just a few minutes later and was hung up on a few more times. After at least 10 more minutes I got through and added 2 bottles of water. Got a call from someone at store who said they can’t sell me water once I place an order through corporate. Absurd!

We’re from Connecticut and we recently moved down here to Maryland. There’s always an issue with pizza from other locations but with Papa Johns, asking for light sauce, the pizza taste great. There isn’t ever a issue with this location. They are fast and taste good. What’s more to ask for?

Called at 2:34pm on Sunday, June 14th. Customer Service Representative was extremely rude on the phone. He answered the phone and proceeded to put me on hold for 10 minutes. I had to call back to get through. After speaking with him again decided to cancel the order and call Dominoes. I understand the restaraunt may be busy, but his behavior was unacceptable. Enough for me to forgoe my favorite pizza chain and go with the next available.

First order here. Ordering was easy, delivery was super quick, and the driver was careful and courteous. Will definitely order again. We ordered a cheese pizza, papadia, and jalapeño bites. Pizza was good (that garlic dip is the truth), the papadia was fine but I’d have liked more inside, and the jalapeño bites were kinda dry and spicy but I think I’m just delicate. Overall a good experience.
