Increasing prices and decreasing quality. The large pizzas used to be the size of the box but are now smaller. They barely put sauce. The crust is so thin it’s like I’m ordering thin crust. The cheese is put on sparingly as well. If I order one topping like pepperoni I get maybe 2 per slice. If I order two toppings they give you HALF the amount of each topping. Why charge me for TWO toppings then if I only get LESS?!? Look, I get it. Inflation. COVID. Blab blah blah blah. Excuses. But if you’re going to JACK UP the prices have the decency and common sense not to make the quality of your pizzas decline.

I always get great pizzas but today I asked for meats and veggies to be on only half. There were barely any put on and only one peice of pepperoni. Very disappointed.

Can only get take out, delivery or curb side. They are always quick and courteous. If they are on the phone, another employee will come over and assist. Good is consistent and good.

The food was great and their customer service was amazing. The delivery driver I had DJ went above and beyond for me, which is an understatement. And I will definitely be coming back in the future, especially because of the amazing workers.

I placed an order on the mobile app and was tracking it. after over an hour (30+ minutes of that hour being “your order is on the way”) i checked the tracker again and all of a sudden my order is “void”. it was a cash order. So i called got some random operator after a lot of rings. I explained what was going on and her exact words were “Yea I see that here, let me transfer you to the forest hill store”… i said okay great waited a while for someone to pick up. Chris answers i explain whats going on and now all of a sudden my order is not showing up. yet somehow the lady knew i ordered from this store and that it was voided. yet now im talking to someone from this store and they dont even have a record in their system for my order at all. I even used 10 dollars in whatever reward points they have. and the excuse i had was something along the lines of your address must have been wrong or you ordered from another store. thats false. the woman on the phone originally knew my order and my address. i never leave reviews but this makes me angry. i really wish i wasnt forced to leave a star. just going to go back to ordering from dominos.
