I recently ordered from Papa John’s and it was a fantastic experience! The pizza was fresh and delicious, with a perfectly cooked crust and a generous amount of toppings. The ordering process was quick and easy, and the delivery arrived right on time. The customer service was exceptional, with the staff being friendly and accommodating throughout the entire process. Customer service is highly disappointing. I ordered online and went in store for pick up. They said they never received the order. But they made me wait for over 35 minutes in-store during which they kept saying “your order will be ready in 5 minutes”, “it’s almost done”.

Online order is always slow, staffs are not proactive to even let you know when the order is ready. You have to check it again and again. If you are lucky you will get your order right otherwise always they make a mistake and to remake it another 20 minutes wait. Not a good place to order here.

The only papa johns in the world that consistently serves overcooked pizza lol. Every time you eat here you can expect a dark brown bottom and hard crust. Try turning down the oven, buying some new ovens or teaching your staff how to cook pizza. Because the quality is pathetic.

This is my local Papa Johns. I wanted to order some wings however, I had to immediately get a refund. I was very clear and polite when asking about the sanitation process. Asked if some one could use a utensil to handle my wings and not their bare hands. I was told yes. Immediately the young lady preparing my food had on bracelets, multiple rings and also adornments hanging from her jewelry. This is a major food safety violation and I was honestly disgusted. I highly suggest they need adjust their processes. The thought that all her accessories travel to and from work and touching peoples food is appalling and breeding ground for food Bourne illnesses. I’ll never order there again until they either shut down or hire new management and employees.

This store is very hostile. I ordered pizza at the store and didn’t tip the pizza guy. I noticed he was very unhappy and unprofessional when I remember the way he manifested. I had no obligation to tip him at the store. I took my pizza home without looking at it. When I open after I got home, he totally gave me mud not pizza and it was not my order. I was out of control and want back to the store and showed him. I think shouldn’t accept his redue offer. He and other guy insisted me as they take a correction. I took new made to home. I ate only two slices. For no reason I am feeling unhealthy and should go to my doctor immediately but didn’t. I am not sure what some unhealthy adultration they added in my order. I admonish anyone who would like to be served in this store.

I only give 1 star because there’s not a rating for 0. The delivery guy was late. I ordered at 6:59pm the tracker showed the latest it should arrive was 7:54pm. The pizza was not here by 8:05pm. I went outside to see if I could see the delivery guy. I saw him pull up on the opposite side of the street. I waited for him to get out but then he started driving further down the street. He drove all the way down the street and I thought he left so I tried to call the store. As I was calling the store I turn around and see him pulling up in front of my house I again wait for him to get out but after a brief pause in front of the house he starts driving off again I call out to him but he keeps going. After being on hold for 8 minutes I finally get someone from the store on the phone and tell them what happened. They tell me he’s new and he was scared to get out of the car and that they will send him back out to me. I asked to speak to the manager but was told he was busy and I was put back on hold until the phone hung up on me. I called back and was on hold again in the meantime the delivery guy finally arrived with my pizza by this time I’m in my car getting ready to go up to the store which is literally only 1.5 miles from my house. I get out the car go over to the car the driver still doesn’t bother to get out of the car he finally rolls down the passenger side window and hands me my pizza and says he’s sorry. As I turned around to head into the house I opened the box to check my pizza and it’s cold not even lukewarm anymore. I immediately getting in my car and drive up to the store. During this whole time I’m still on hold waiting for the store to pick up the phone. The call finally hung up while I was on my to the store timing out at a little over 21 minutes! I get in the store and then after talking with the guy at the register end up waiting for a new pizza to be made. Finally as if I hadn’t had a bad enough experience he brings a pizza over to me and it’s the wrong pizza! He takes it back and then brings back the right one. I finally walked out the store at 9:05 pm with a pizza that was supposed to be delivered to me by 7:54 pm!

I don’t like pizza so no place will get top 5 except they are good as is. This place – open to 2 AM, has specials and that’s it. Now, dosnt have parking, pizza can be overcooked, people who work there don’t bother be at least smiley.

I’ve been ordering from Papa Johns for several years. I like their pies! They have a particular pie – Tomato and Spinach Alfredo – that I love. I add three-cheese and grilled chicken and make it thin and it’s just the best thing ever. I’ve ordered other pizza and really liked it but when I go to another parlor, I can’t find one that lives up to my fave. Today, my delivery driver Hector stunned me. I live in a huge apartment community and instead of entering the main building via the call box, Hector instinctively knew I had a patio entrance and pulled up right to the door. I inquired how he knew and he said he services the area often. In all my years I’ve never had a driver deliver to me at my door and do it in such a nonchalant way. I was over the moon! Thank you Hector! I will personally only order when he is on duty.
