Very disappointed in this location and will NEVER patron on my own. I was completing a doordash order pick-up for a customer and arrived to a locked door. This is normal after certain hours but normally they will open and provide good customer for anyone completing a door dash order. From how it looks they chose to close early for the night regardless of their posted hours. Despite my knocking on the door and attempts to get his attention, the associate sat on his phone and continued to pretend like he couldn’t hear me. SMH I had to settle with canceling the order for the customer through Doordash due to their rudeness and lack of customer service. I’ll never pick up an order here again. Time and money wasted. If you need a Papa John with good service skip this one.

Not quite sure what everyone is on about with the reviews. I order for delivery and pick up several times, sometimes twice in the week, and they NEVER mess up an order and they always open the door/answer the phone at night. High quality food and service!!! Very kind and hardworking hispanics working there at night.

Pizza took 1 hr 15 min to be delivered. Upon order, the email stated 35 min. Pizza arrived and was almost room temperature. I will never order from this store again. Papa John’s service and quality has completely diminished.
