2 out of the 3 pizzas were ok however 1 of the pizzas was not cooked all the way and it was so cheesy it was not even enjoyable to eat. Call was made to advise and the manager never once apologized for the inconvenience also went on to say they are not able to change the temperature of the oven and advised he could cook it well done. Wait what!!! Well done??? Just cook it normal not that difficult. I’ll take by business elsewhere thank you but no thank you! Darn wish I would have taken a picture of how disgusting it looked. Papa Johns used to be one of my favorites it’s a thumbs down for me at the Solomon’s Maryland location

This place is great. We had a mess up. No big deal. I called them. Told them what happened. They were right on it. They brought back out our correct order quickly. And the pizza was great! Thank you guys! Keep up the great customer service. People like myself really appreciate that.

Ordered pizza at 7:19pm waited an hour a driver came with the wrong order told me she would go back and get our order waited a half hour called and spoke with the manager (Ben Johnson) who said that the order never went out and that they would need to make another order due to the food sitting for a while. They remade the order and waited another hour and called again speaking with (Ben Johnson) asking where my order is for him to tell me it’s still sitting there waiting for a driver to come pick it up. Food didn’t arrive till 10:30pm Terrible service and unorganized management. I will never be ordering from this location again.

So, this will probably be the craziest review I’ve ever written, but I’ll try to make it make sense. I had a pretty crappy experience with the online ordering. It took almost an hour just for my order to be confirmed and then another hour for me to get my food. It’s safe to say I was starting to get pretty peeved and I’m usually an easy going person. So the driver gets here with my pizza, but my donut bites are missing. I was pretty much fed up at that point, but the delivery driver, Angela, was so polite and apologetic that it was hard for me to stay mad. She put me on the phone with her manager, Aaron I think his name was. Aaron was super nice and clarified that my order had gotten mixed up on the corporate end and had to basically be deleted and redone or something like that. He was very calm and collected even though I could hear that they were busy. He gave me a few options and ultimately I asked if he could just send me the dessert whenever they could, at this point I felt guilty for being mad because of the good customer service. Only about 20 minutes went by before Angela was back at my door with the dessert and smiling and saying she was sorry for the problems. I ended up not really liking the Italian hero pizza, but I’m not faulting them for that because it was my personal preference of not really liking the sauce. However the donuts were very good! Based on customer service alone, I’ll seriously consider ordering from them again.

Placed an order and was told 30 to 40 mins. Which was great for a holiday weekend. I get a text saying my order is on its way, after 30 mins and still no pizza I call the store. They tell me they had to remake the small pizza because they made it wrong. Which I thought was great they caught their mistake before it arrived.

Ordered at 2106, they close at 2200. Online says Comfirmed, made and on the way. Says delivered at 2150. Go check to see. No pizza. Call the store to get an actual ETA, but it goes straight to voice-mail saying this location is closed. So at this point, the store is closed and I still haven’t received my food.

late shift why wouldn’t you stop!! your drivers delivery from going out in the snow. my son got an accident driving for you. messed his car up are you guys going to pay for it? he should have never been driving in this and now you got to clean the floors when he should be home out of the dangerous roads. what kind of company is this safety first
