How are you gonna make someone pay that much, wait OVER an hour for their pizza(which was said to take 30-40 minutes, but just the tracking section where it said “preparing” took more than that), then deliver it so cold I have to warm it up in the oven? Maybe y’all are busy right now, I’m not sure. Regardless, that was kinda ridiculous. Not so much as a notification that it would be late or an update to the estimated time, then(as I said) it shows up FREEZING COLD. I’m sorry. I’m just hangry, and waiting for my pizza to warm up.

There’s never a real issue with the store sometimes the orders come a little bit messy which isn’t too much of a problem. As a former employee of the Broadlands Papa John’s just try and get the staff to use a little less sauce on the garlic knots and try and be a little bit more consistent and their serving.

Haven’t had a Papa Johns pizza since the original Papa John was asked to leave the company. So I thought I would order a pizza and chill on this chilly Friday night. Ordered a large mushroom w/ extra cheese and an order of cheese bread sticks. I mean this when I say this, it was the stupidest thing I could of ever spent $40 on. This was the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life!! It tasted like it was raw, definitely no flavor. The pizza was drowning in sauce and it was under cooked. Tony’s Pizzeria, forgive me for wanted to try something different but I swear to you I will never order Papa Johns again. I mean, who would ever think you could eat pizza that had no taste?

My husband really liked the chicken and pineapple pizza, but I was very disappointed with the pepperoni & mushroom pizza. It was covered with cheese to where it didn’t show. In other words, they didn’t put very much pepperoni & mushrooms on it and hid that from the buyer.
