This is the worst pizza business in the market. I received half eaten food from this location an was even a full product half eaten. Observed the scrap marks this is exactly how it was served to me. I didn’t have one bite of it. Never used or open my spoon, I took this back an got my money back. The employees were laughing an smiling. I got a refund. I do not recommend this place to anyone we had to turn around an go back. I would not eat here! Unless you wanna be pissed!

Absolutely terrible management. I placed an order through Postmates, which included an addition of pepperoni that I paid for, and which was not included when I received it. Rather than refund me the roughly 2 bucks that I spent for the additional topping, the “manager” said that this was an issue that I had to take up with Postmates; there was nothing he could do. Since there’s no direct number for Postmates, which I informed him of numerous times, and I didn’t want to “consume the evidence” I told him I was happy to return it. He continued to raise his voice and agreed that I should just return it. Of course, the poor Uber driver was terribly confused, but was willing to assist as necessary. I was able to get a response from Postmates with a full refund. Good job and thank you, Postmates. I certainly hope the poor deliverer was compensated as she did nothing wrong. However, this Papa Johns has absolutely TERRIBLE management. They clearly don’t care about repeat customers. There are too many good places to go eat out on Capotol Hill to waste your time at this one.

The worst pizza I have ever tasted. It was disgusting. I tried to eat just the toppings and it had absolutely no taste, matter of fact, it had a weird taste. To make sure it was not me, I offered a slice to my guest, and they concurred. As you can see, the pizza is over baked and looks peculiar.

Customer Service HORRIBLE: The driver pulled off without giving me my order. I texted him that I would relay the message to the manager and his reply was the manager already knows what he did. I called in and they said a refund would be administered in 7-10 days. I waited 11 days and my refund never came. I called in and they literally put me on hold for the third time and it’s clear the two young employees were purposely tag teaming. I will report them for the second time if that even helps.

POOR Customer service! .. when I pay for delivery & delivery fees I expect for my food to come to me at my door !! Don’t call me telling me you outside then catch a attitude cause I ask for my food to be handed to me .. second , I ordered and 8 piece wing and only received 6 pieces I called the store they said I can come to get more wings instead of giving me another 8 piece because I had to come to the store out of them making and inconvenience for me they only give me 3 wings -_-

0 stars would not recommend. I had an online order that I waited 50 min for. I called to see what was taking so long and they told me that the order was returned. They called the wrong number. I asked for a new order as I had already paid for them and they stated that I would be receiving the same old order (which would’ve been cold and gross) so I asked for a refund. I got put on hold and a manger got on and rudely said “so you just don’t want this stuff you got? You are the one who put your own information in. I’m getting allot of drama from you. Next time order correctly instead of blaming other people bc you put in your own stuff wrong.” Then he hung up on me.

Do not order from here! I ordered pizza on 12/29/21, but the delivery driver refused to bring the pizza to my door, so I told him to take it back. I have ordered from this location before and the order was always brought to my door! I called the store and the supervisor was “too busy” to speak with me, but I was assured the refund had been issued and would appear back in my account the next day. The next day came and nothing, so I called back and was told my refund was never issued and there was nothing they could do because the supervisor wasn’t there. I filed a complaint online and nothing. I called the customer service number and spoke to a representative who informed me that someone would get back to me in 48 hours, but still nothing! After 8 days, I finally called my bank and filed a dispute and the refund was in my account the next day.
