Ordered a pizza from them online arrived at the store, app said pizza was ready. Walked into the store nobody there. Walked around back of the counter no employes to be found hung out for 20 minutes then left and went to grotto.

I have been going to this Papa John’s for as long as I can remember and the food was really good best pizza around but here lately in the past month or two the quality of food is not like it used to be the pizza is either not cut or when they do cut the pizza into slices it is only 4 slices and they are 1/4th of the pizza and I love their boneless chicken wings and the past few times that I ordered them they either put the wrong sauce on them or no sauce at all I am very disappointed with them the employees need to stop joking and playing around and pay attention to what the order is and learn how to make the food properly and I’m not even going to mention the brownies burnt every time like I said this has just started happening in the last month or two

I would give them zero stars if possible. They delivered to the wrong place, because it never arrived at my house. When I called to request a refund the girl who answered the phone laughed about it and hung up on me. Buyer beware.

The help should take note that when someone is coming in picking up an order, to not ignore them. My husband went, girl on phone for 15 minutes and a girl in the back. Never even acknowledged he was there to help him and the pizza was already done.

I placed an order online for delivery and after it was confirmed, the address I had entered correctly was changed to some random one outside of the store’s delivery radius. Weird website glitch I’m guessing? I was just about to call the store to explain and within like a minute of placing the order I received a call from the manager about the issue. I explained the situation which was easily solvable, however he went on to tell me that the store currently had no drivers in and that they were being forced to use Doordash for every order. He was very honest and apologetic about the issue and let me know that I may be waiting for hours to receive my order.
