Please let me warn you away from this store. I used to order from this location at least once a month. Great for those nights as a parent that you just don’t have the will to cook after a long day at work. Then a few months ago I had an issue where I had to go to the store myself to pick up my “delivery” after almost a 2 hour wait. I had to tell them to refund me their ridiculous 5 dollar delivery fee & the tip that was also charged to my card. I took the order home to find one pizza under cooked, one toasted to a crisp, and neither cut into slices. Oh and the extra peppers and cinnamon bites I ordered? 3 orders of peppers = 3 total peppers, at their ridiculous 2$ or whatever per order. The cinnamon bites had no icing, no dipping sauce, just… balls of over baked dough. So here I sit, months later. Extremely tired with two hungry children. So I decide to risk it because this place used to be reliable. One more try. At least nothing was charred (only a bit under done), but nothing like unsliced pizzas, garlic knots that are just dry balls of over baked dough, and a giant cookie that doesn’t seemed properly cooked to really make your over priced dinner worth it. Stay FAR away. I know I will from here on out. I can only hope that their franchise is revoked and/or they are forced to give it to someone else who actually gives a damn.

Multiple times I have placed order and received my food cold. I live a 5-minute drive from the store. Absolutely ridiculous. Today I am fuming. I called the store and their number isn’t working so I had to call the corporate number. I placed an order at 2:43 on the app. The pizza tracker marked my order as on the way and ready at 3:18 and it got to my door at 401 p.m.. It was ice cold. I refuse the delivery and sent the driver back to the store with the complete order. I order pizza once a week and you have now lost my business forever. Absolutely vile that you keep doing this.

This is one of those times you wish negative stars was an option. I ordered pizza a month a a half ago. Tried calling the store and it says phone is no longer in service. I have called Papa Johns headquarters MULTIPLE times. Every time I call they said we will call you back and you will have your refund within 48 hours. I ordered pizza July 5th. It is now August 19th and I have yet to receive my refund. I have tried the surveys and still get no response. I have never felt so disrespected as a customer. I will NEVER eat at Papa Johns again because this is a disgrace.

Sooo many people had told me not to go to Papa Johns any more. They told me how bad they got but living only a few miles away and some hungry children in the pool and couldn’t leave them we decided to have delivery. 63.00 10.00 for tipping the driver. Our order wasn’t right. We ordered extra mushrooms but got extra onions. Never got our 2 Pepsi . Tried to call down there and they wouldn’t pick up the phone. The little bit of cheese was stuck to the crust cause not much sauce on pizza. I was told 45 min wait and it took 3 hours and was cold. I’m not blaming the delivery person but the Indians that’s running Papa Johns.Earlier last month my daughter had problems with them also. Well these gals won’t be going back. Right across route 100 from Papa Johns another pizza place people can go to.

I used to like this location but the new owners are AWFUL. I placed an order for delivery, about an hour after it should have been delivered I see it was marked delivered even though it clearly wasn’t when I called I was transferred to a call center who was no help and redirected me to the store number which was disconnected. Ended up driving over only to find my pizzas sitting there. I asked why it was marked delivered when it was sitting right there for a few hours at this point. The pizzas also did not taste good, definitely not what it used to be. Whoever sold them the franchise location should buy it back before its out of business

I have been using this location for over 10 years. Until recently they used their own drivers. They now are using the third party service DoorDash. Last night it took 2 hours to receive our order. It arrived cold and was dropped off with out an apology. Part of the order was missing. We tried three times to call for updates and or speak with the manager. The calls were answered with an automated system that offered no value. When we selected the prompt to speak to a live person, the phone we were transfered to was not in service. There are better options in the area.

My family always ordered from this papa john’s and recently it has been going down hill. We ordered pizza and cheese sticks and when we opened the boxes the pizza sauce was upside down and lids weren’t closed so sauce was everywhere. When picking up the sauce it had a very gross smell and was not appealing. The sauce also didn’t taste like it used to and we were very disappointed since we had paid extra for an extra pizza sauce and couldn’t even use it.

I ordered 3 medium pizzas, wings and bread sticks lastnight at 8:30. The call center lady took my order processed the payment and told me it would be delivered in 25 minutes. 9:30 comes around still no food, I call the store just to be directed to the call center again where I was told that the store cancelled my order. Mind you they took the money out of my account and never called to inform me that my order was cancelled. I tried to call the store today to speak to someone there and their phone is disconnected. So I went in to the store just for them to say oh we sorry. And have every excuse in the book. While in there we took notice no one had a uniform on, no hat nothing, they weren’t wearing hair nets or gloves or washing their hands when prepping the food. Come to find out that the new owners (indians) walk around the store barefooted and also walk on the prep tables with no shoes on. This is disgusting service and we will never order there ever again. This location needs to be shut down. That is disgusting and unsanitary.

We ordered a pizza and 2 orders of cheese sticks. Everything was done in a timely manner, only problem was the cheese sticks were more like crust sticks with a little bit of cheese sprinkled on! And this is not the first time! Once maybe, twice in a row….something ain’t right!
