There was no menus with prices when I came in you had to look up on the wall where there were different kinds of pizzas so it’s probably better if you use the online menu. I ordered a medium size pizza it was $15 The pizza was tasty I only ate two slices and instantly got full and was full the whole day couldn’t eat anything else my stomach hurt from the fullness I probably wouldn’t eat it again.

Service was OK. My order was completed really quickly. But the Papadias I got for my family were VERY HEAVY on Onions, and VERY LIGHT ON CHICKEN. I guess you get what you pay for. It was good though.

I ordered 3 Papadias, 2 buffalo chicken and one ranch Dorito chicken. They were filled with more large cut onions than chicken. I literally had like 2 chunks of chicken in in each half of mine. My son complained about the tomatoes and big onions in his as well. I guess it’s worth the money. Service was good and it was prepared quickly. Over all I was satisfied. They just need to add more meat and less onion filler.

This store is by far the worst Papa Johns ever in history. I ordered 2 pizzas online and used my Papa Dough Points, but the delivery driver only delivered 1 pizza. I called about my order and they gave me the run around and stated that I would have to come in and pick up my pizza. Not only did I tip the delivery driver, but I ordered delivery. Who in their right mind wants to come pick up a pizza that they ordered delivery for? Who’s to say that they have that way of transportation to get to the store they ordered the delivery from. Not only was I not able to speak with a manager, but also the customer service number just keeps telling me to call back because they have a heavy call volume. I will never ordered from this store again. And the delivery driver needs to be fired. This stores customer service is very off. I never got accommodated for their failure to do their job or the inconvenience of me having to coming all the way up to the store just to get any action at all. They told me I had to call back after 5pm for a manager, as if I wasn’t missing food and wasn’t a paying customer. They did not wanna comp me and I had a hard time getting my Papa Dough back even though I never received my full order. AND I am still not sure if they sent my Papa Dough back to my account. This is not the first or the 2nd bad encounter I had with this store. And I would not recommend it to anyone else. They don’t even deserve the 1 star rating.
