Horrible service from horrible people. Waited over an hour and a half for delivery (I live 5 minutes away). Delivery driver posted that our food was delivered 15 minutes before actually arriving. He then put the pizza on the ground, knocked and tried to run away before I got to the door. Called to complain and the manager disrespect my wife and was extremely rude

Ordered pizza Friday night and the driver helped himself to a $2 tip on my card…. Without my permission… had he not dropped my pizza off on the sidewalk in front of another door and actually come to the door he would have gotten a cash tip. I’ll never order from this store again.

My husband ordered a few weeks ago online. 10 min after we got our food the manager of this location called my husband and asked him if he tipped the delivery driver. Last time I checked a tip is a courtesy thing. (Which we did give him a 5.00 tip) I explained to the manager how rude he was for even asking something like that and I got this huge story how the computers sometimes mess up and the drivers don’t get tipped. Again it’s a courtesy thing to tip. I did call coorpate 2 times and all I wanted was an apology and no one ever got back to me. I’m extremely disappointed. We will not order from here ever again. Learn proper customer edict.

I was never the biggest Papa John’s fan to begin with and it seems that they keep getting worse and cutting corners to save money. I ordered a large 1 topping last night and received the most barebones pizza I’ve ever had in my life. The entire base of the pizza was razor thin and hardly had any substance to it. Little sauce, cheese, pepperoni, etc. It’s like they went out of their way to use as little dough as possible while spreading it thin enough to look like a large pie. It also seems like their specialty pies have gotten lower in quality as well. The only saving grace is the cheap prices if you find a discount code.
