HOPEFULLY this gets through to someone higher up.. 2 straight times ordered from here in 2 weeks! BOTH were a bust. 1st time was OK pizza done correct YET I ordered 4 sides of cheese sauce THAT NEVER CAME. Called to talk to a manager and got “Well what am I supposed to do about it!?” Uhh write my name down and give it to me next time. “We don’t do that” ohhhh kayy then.. yes you do and yes you’re not following policy and very rude AND the pizza WAS NOT fresh ingredients blah blah Papa John’s… FAST FORWARD to the following week I decided Im going to try again, Name number delivery STILL as I expected DID NOT recognize NOR give me my cheese packs. Whatever I’m irritated and hungry. Finally received my REGULAR STYLE pepperoni and cheese (nothing fancy) ONLY to receive an EXTREMELY THIN pizza (which I didn’t order) Horrible tasting, looking, Horrible excuse of a pizza. IF I wanted THIS I would have went to a LOCAL pizza shop and saved an easy $10. BAD customer service HORRIBLE management EVEN WORSE PIZZA!! Pictures that are Included here are the leftover pizza slices that I GAVE AWAY because of how horrible they were. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED at the manager whom deserves a DEMOTION, AND at the trash food being thrown to loyal customers as of lately

It was just really gross. Completely soaked in oil? The breading was so thin I thought the pizzas here were usually fat n fluffy unless you ordered thin crust. But what the heck. Also wrong sauce.

Ordered pizza from here with family, after waiting over an hour for 10 minute drive, looked on the app it was delivered 45 mins ago. Run out to the porch to get it and it had nothing but ants in it due to it being left on the cold wet porch.

This was the worst experience….I ordered a small ultimate pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni with lemon pepper buffalo wings with extra sauce…..they brought me a cold pizza with the cheese not melted and dry wings….all this for 40.00 never again PaPa John’s….it’s Harrisburg Derry st ….
