Our 2 pizzas were hot and delicious. We ordered pick-up and it was ready within 20 minutes. While ordering, we were asked several times if we wanted to add items to our order which took the ordering process much longer and was unnecessary.

Felt the cashier was a little pushy on a deal that was being promoted. Also, there was a sign for employees about not adding tips to receipts, like people have stolen extra tips off people. Made me feel uneasy. A sign like that shouldn’t be where the public can see. Knowing it can happen at Papa John’s makes me never want to visit another location again.

Ordered 2 pizzas to be well done. Both were under cooked and pretty much tasteless. Both were bland. Extremely disappointed. Will not be ordering from there again. Would definitely not recommend. Good thing I ordered a Pepsi, it was the best part.
