Absolutely the WORST manager I ever talked to in my life! She was rude, I did call corporate and complain, they cancelled my order and said we are closed I ordered through DoorDash and she told DoorDash cancelling the order is “ not her job” which made me wait 2 hours for food that was never being made and made the poor dasher wait for 20 minutes for food that wasn’t being cooked!!!! I asked why and she said we have been closed since 8:30, which is a lie because their DoorDash and calling is still open, which I said as such and she hung up on me, I called back to ask to talk to someone else and she said we are closed and hung up.

My 70 year old father is a door dash driver I am his daughter. He is handicapped due to a bad hip and is on fixed income they refused to me even if he came in with his id. These people and the manager especially do not care about Americans with disabilities. Don’t do business with people who won’t accommodate people with disabilities like Papa John’s in hummlestown.

Temporarily closed, but I was able to attempt an order around 2pm just to test the prices. And now that I’m ready to order dinner, you’re temporarily closed. Yet every other papa johns in the area is available for orders. Is it because you have too many orders so you shut down the orders? I mean Google says you’re open, but go to order and nope, can’t, not even carryout. Wouldn’t even answer my phone call, so I guess time to grab something else.

Worst papa John’s in the company , the employees treat you like garbage and cancel your order because they don’t feel like making it. You have a better chance of stealing the recipe and making it yourself than getting anything from them. I would recommend going literally anywhere else before talking to the lady I had to deal with. It is February 2023 and this Papa Johns, with around 10 perfectly good booths, will not allow you to eat your pizza inside.. due to Covid.. funny, but more sad than anything. Maybe they just don’t want to wipe the tables and empty the trash cans
