I had ordered my pizza more than an hour before they said they were closing. They let it sit with no transit for at least 45 minutes and then, no warning, no email, they cancelled it. Thankfully I wanted to pay cash so I didn’t lose any money, but DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE.

The manager is rude and yells at employees and swears and he stays clocked in but leaves the store all the time to make money while not working I used to work there so I know for sure this is that case thank god I’m not longer associated with that place it puts the other employees under intense stress and makes them feel worthless when he screams at them he has an anger problem … other than that the other employees were absolutely WONDERFUL… I hope this BIG issue gets resolved!!!

Standard papa johns pizza—slightly more expensive than your other chains but that’s because they claim their ingredients are fresher…while they might be fresh they are dull and lack flavor in dough sauce or cheese. Only place that delivers to my parents house in port matilda and normally are decent quality when in a pinch but check out the poor excuse for an order of breadsticks we got last night! There are maybe 5 normal size sticks and the rest look like misfits and ends of other orders tossed together. Oh well, quick delivery and we were starving.

Everybody here is a rockstar and will always do the best they can with the rush of orders they receive while being underpaid and understaffed. This store has seen orders you wouldn’t believe come in, so please be patient. It’s fresh and good, actually, it is better pizza!

Nothing against this actual stores employees, however this was the worst customer experience I have ever had with a Papa Johns. Ordered 2 medium pizza for delivery from their app, received email confirmation. I check the ‘papa tracker’ on my app and I don’t see any movement on the pizza. I figure it’s late night maybe it’s taking a moment. I check back 15 mins AFTER I have ordered, and it says order canceled. No call. No message. No email. I call the store and they were very short and just said the store was currently closed. The app never listed the store hours when I placed my order at all. I entirely respect not wanting to take delivery orders close to closing time. But perhaps at least call the person whose order is being canceled? Or do not allow orders to be placed within a half hour of closing time on your app? Absolutely ridiculous. Thankfully there was a Dominos near our hotel that was still available for delivery after we wasted time late night waiting for an order that was never coming.

Ordered 3.5 hours ahead for a scheduled time. Arrived on time to be told it would be an hour wait. Why even let me schedule a time if I’m going to have to wait once I get there? And an hour? Really? They said it was because it was a “go ahead” order. I scheduled it for a reason.

Ordered online. Received a text that it was ready for pick up… only to arrive and be told that an order for 45 pizzas was ahead of me! Waited over a half an hour to be given the wrong pizza. Finally got the correct pizza, only to get home and not have the correct sauce I ordered. So annoyed!

Ordered two medium pizzas on the app. Wait time was 37-47 minutes. When I called after an hour and a half, I was told it was busy because of PSU parents weekend! Parents weekend is in the fall, and was told it was out for delivery. Let’s just say that it’s been 2 hours since I placed my order. I recommend anyone go local. This is the second time this has happened. Not cool Papa John’s not cool.
