I ordered the exact same things 3 days before because they save my previous orders, and it costed $7 more than what i paid for some reason. The staff( or manager) is extremely rude and has a really unwelcoming attitude about him. Lost his cool during the order, basically yelled at me while explaining something, and when i got there to pick up my order, he got a really annoyed face, as if working there is a torture to him or something. Would never recommend here

The manager/owner is extremely rude & cheap! We bought a pizza there a few weeks ago due to the closeness of their shop to my home. Mediocre at best. I tried to use a coupon last night from the AARP website that had their exact location, and name spelled out on this coupon and the “manager” refused to honor it. I had a similar issue with a coupon around a year ago where they refused to honor that coupon as well. He tried to tell me it was an “online” coupon for any Papa Johns. I would rather him be honest and just say he does not wish to honor the coupon. There was no coupon code or anything else that would allow you to use it “online”. Just plain cheap!! With all the options for convenient pizza all the way to high quality pizza, this particular store would be a non-choice for me anytime in the future!! I also believe there may be other factors at play for the smugness and rudeness I have experienced there.

I called in an order for carryout. I have $10 in rewards. The lady that took the order told me I could let the people at the pizza shop know I want to use my rewards. The manager at the shop told me I could not use it. I can only use it through their online ordering. He did not care that I was lied to when I ordered.

Told me it would be 1&1/2 for delivery which was fine…after 2 hours the pizza didn’t arrive. I called and they said, “we’re closed” and I explained I ordered food that never arrived. They said they tried to deliver it which I was looking out the window for. The manager tried to argue with me and said they refunded me which they did not. He then hung up on me when I asked for a reason that my order wasn’t delivered. Huge lack of professionalism in this location as well as respect. I love papa Johns and recently relocated to PA, but I will never order from this store again.

Have ordered from this location twice. Pizza is very good, but delivery times are well over an hour after they say 30-40 minutes. Last time we ordered it was over an hour and a half wait for a large 2-topping. Inexcusable when the Pizza Hut right next door always has orders ready in 15-20 minutes for carryout and is always on time with their delivery. Again, great pizza but wouldn’t recommend it based on the delivery times.

If you want delivery, you might want to consider another pizza place. Very slow getting to me twice, a normal 8 minute drive. The last time the pizza was on the cool side. I waited from 5:35 (online order) to 6:45. Slip said order was out at 6:10. Nothing you can do can make the drive 35 minutes. Too bad because I like the variety on their menu, but I think I’m over them.

The food was made within 10 minutes and there customer service was really good. They definitely above and beyond to give all condiments that we didn’t even know existed, but turned out amazing. I would definitely recommend this Papa John’s to everyone.

We ordered from canonsburg pa store. We had a request for a pizza they only made for a limited time. The Italian hoagie pizza, now they didn’t have the exact sauce for it. But they gave it a shot with there white sauce…..amazing, they did an awesome job, the pizza came out great. Thank you guys so much!
