I love the fact that I can chose whether I want my chicken well done or not. I did chi r well done and the young lady served them pinkish. I was nice ab it and took them back to explain that I selected well done.. The manager, she was upset ab me coming back (I went to the parking lot and looked inside the box and came straight back inside). She was very bitter towards me. Anyway, the issue was resolved. I think the manager should know that when a customer comes back to have their order corrected or is issued a refund, the customer should not be labeled the bad guy here, it was ridiculous. Other than that, I like it here.

Ordered from here yesterday. not gunna do that again. My order: thin and crispy parm crust, BBQ sauce, three cheese blend, half onions mushrooms and Olives half sausage meat balls and bacon. I was asked if I wanted to make it an XL pizza I said yes. What I got: 1 XL pizza with bbq sauce and 3 cheese blend

Worst place I’ve ever ordered from. It took an hour and 45 minutes to deliver a pizza and hot wings. The pizza was cold. The hot wings weren’t cooked all the way which is a health issue. I called to see if I can get a refund the “manager“ whose name is Ben lied to me and said they don’t do refunds. They made another courtesy pizza and told me that it would be to me within 25 minutes. It showed up an additional hour later, and it was again cold and wasn’t even cooked all the way. I called again and asked for the store number which again the “manager” Ben lied to me, gave me a different store number that doesn’t exist then told me that I couldn’t speak to a manager and there is nothing that he could do to resolve my issue. I ended up having to call another store to get the correct information to file a complaint.

Just order garlic parm wings asked for them to be cooked well. I always get well, a lot of people do. Opened the box and they are burnt. I called because I didn’t want to leave a bad review. I spoke with two people the second person stated “well we run them thru the oven twice” and proceeded to go back and forth on why they are burnt. Even stated she came from the Duquesne store and that’s how they make them there. I have never gotten black wings from Duquesne. I really didn’t want to do this. But they didn’t seem to care to fix it. They just wanted to go back and forth. Idk. Anyways. Here are the wings. Judge for yourself. Maybe I’m wrong who know. This location has the fastest response to online orders. I can place my order and pick it up in 10 minutes! Thier delivery service always arrives on time if not early and the driver always calls me when he’s outside. The food is always hot and spot on with fresh ingredients and flavor. Hands down, the best chain pizza I have had.

Ordered a pizza online and garlic bread. Pizza was made incorrectly and when we called the store the manager Joseph said it’s not their problem because that’s not how the order showed on their end. And it wasn’t ordered through a third party it was ordered directly through their website. We even offered to bring the pizza back and have them make us another the correct way. They refused and said since it didn’t show on their end that it’s not their fault. So now we have a pizza that we didn’t order that we were charged for, that’s going in the trash. Probably had something to do with them having an 8 year old kid behind the counter helping with orders. That’s ok, it’s what bank disputes are for. Don’t go to this location unless you like giving away money.

So, I ordered a Philly Cheese No Sauce. (They put a sauce on your food, don’t know don’t want it). The Steak taste like Steak-Ums that you get out of Giant Eagle. Wasn’t happy, an after taste weird. Also purchase some Garlic Knots. That’s the only thing in my order that tasted good. Hope this help. All Philly Steak and Cheese is not going to be good, just because it say Steak and Cheese ☺️.
