Been waiting for an hour, ordered for 12oc. When I called, Rob said ‘ oh that’s not good news, man. ‘ then he called us back to tell us that the pizza guy was here and rang our doorbell. We don’t have a doorbell. The pizza guy proceed to leave, with our pizza, even after we ordered no contact delivery. He claimed he ‘ can’t survive with people claiming they didn’t recived there pizza’ and then claimed they don’t do no contact delivery. Sorry Rob, and the pizza man but I just want my pizza.

I’ve been going to this papa johns for a few weeks now after working close by. The food is great but I am more impressed by the customer service, especially from a gentleman named Rob who I believe is the manager. He is super friendly and outgoing, and we end up talking for a while after I get my food. He is very easy going and accommodating and one of the reasons I keep going back. There are great people. I am with the fire department and was on the scene of some wires down for 3 hours. The Papa John’s delivery car went by making a delivery a few times. Then, to my surprise the deliveryman stopped with two pizza’s for us. He said he told his boss we were working a scene for a few hours and the manager said to bring us two pizza’s. No one had ever done that for me before!!!

both managers are EXTREMELY abusive towards employees. tried to report brandon (a manager) to corporate but no luck, there is no way to call corporate directly. only can file a complaint in which i have not heard back from. extremely disappointed with my experience here, especially seeing how abusive the managers are to the employees who are clearly underpaid and overworked.
