This place is terrible. Do not eat from here. I went online and ordered a small pizza and boneless wings. The first time the driver came my order was completely wrong( no pizza and wrong chicken). I call the store and explain the situation, the manager sends a new order.. the second time the driver drops my food on the floor as soon as he opens the bag and just stands there looking at me as if I did something wrong. The driver then tells me he will bring me more chicken with no charge because he dropped it on the floor. An hour later I get a call from doordash and two young boys show up to my house and they are expecting me to pay, mind you the first driver already explained I would not need to spend anymore money. I call the store back because I am confused as to what is going on and the manager was no help. Not to mention my food was cold and dry. Please do not waste your time or money with these people. They clearly do not care about their customers.

pizza wasn’t cook well … after i place an order pizza was ready in 6 mins . pizza was raw and sauces wasn’t fresh after i ate pizza my stomach get upset and had lots of stomach pain . i had to call doctor had to go to emergency. this place really need to improve quality .

I ordered 4 of the new Papa Bowls online for carryout. When I got to the store, the employee hadn’t started preparing the bowls. I told him I’d placed an online carryout order. While he prepared the order another employee came in from outside, didn’t wash his hands, started preparing boxes to put food in and wiped his nose across his forearm and hand two times while preparing the food boxes. I addressed the issue and was ignored. I also told the employee who was preparing the bowls that I’d ordered one bowel with ORIGINAL SAUCE, because while preparing the bowls I noticed he was using ALFREDO SAUCE for all of the bowls. The employee got angry with me, said I was interrupting what he was doing and continued to make all of the bowls with ALFREDO SAUCE. When the bowels came out of the oven, the employee who didn’t wash his hands proceeded to handle my order. I told him I didn’t want him handling my order, because he didn’t wash his hands and the other employee started yelling at me.

I went today to Papa John’s on main Street. New Rochelle, N.Y. Lived in New Rochelle for many Years. Always go to Papa John’s for Lunch The guy who worked there always treated me nicely with respect. Today 6/17/2022 I called in my Oder she was very rude, disrespectful, didn’t want to give my Correct Change. . She was talking under her breathe. I told her have a nice day. she ask me why I come 5 mins early, I must wait til 12:10 come back . Next time I go if I go again if she is there will not have any business dealing

Absolutely horrible service. I will not be purchasing here anymore. After being a regular for a long time, the employee Shakeil is not knowledgeable about the products at all. This employee wanted to charge me $75.00 for 2 pizzas and 2 breadsticks. Another time I paid for additional sauces and they were never included. After informing the employee Shakeil, he never even tried to include it in the recent order. The pizzas are also being delivered with lesser ingredients as well with each purchase. This is unacceptable and I will not be paying for unsatisfactory purchases!
