Not satisfied. I’m writing this review for the second time. Ordered Large thin crust pizza and parmesan Garlic Wings. Got message as ‘orderready for pickup’. The order was not ready when I arrived at the location. I had to wait for 15 minutes. Parmesan Garlic wings was very dry with no sauce on it. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered online 3 pizzas, it said it would arrive in 30 to 40 minutes. I called after an hour and they said they were running behind and they would be here in 6 to 7 min. After an hour and 25 min, 4 phone calls and being hung up on by the manager the food finally arrived. No hot like the manager insisted it would be. I got notified it was on it was 30 minutes after the food was ordered. This was not the first time I had ordered and been disappointed by this location.

The online delivery was timely. Everything else was delicious except for the garlic parmesan bread sticks. They were burnt and were dark brown/black in color. There were so dry from inside that we couldn’t even it them. Had to throw out. Very unfortunate!!!

Took 90 minutes to get the food. Food was burned, not what was ordered, horribly cut. Contacted corporate and no response. The place has no other customers the entire time I waited for my order. Worst experience ever. Staff were garbage as was the food.

I had placed a scheduled order online for 10:45pm around 8;59 pm according to customer care team my scheduled service was rejected and changed to a real time order. I had made a call at 9:04pm to make a change the manager told me the food was already made and I explained to him that must be a mistake as I won’t be home for 2 hrs since I was at work. The manager proceeded to yell at me and was rude and violent, over the phone where I was calling from work. I have never felt so upset or disrespected. I will never order from papa John’s again and that’s such a shame because I order this food after craving it for so long and thought I deserved a treat. For something I was supposed to be excited about, I was severely disappointed as items were opened and missing when I got home, as well as cold
