I decided to review my 5-year ago 5-Stars rating because of my recent experience. Some guys are working at these locations, they are arrogant and not friendly, so they make the atmosphere horrible. 4 weeks ago, I ordered 3 large boxes of Pizzas online with beef topping. Later, I received a call that they were out of beef. The guy on the phone suggested if I don’t mind just plain cheese which I agreed. He said I’ll get a refund of $10 for not having the beef added when I’m there to pick it up. I got there, met another guy, and he said that the refund will appear on my card in 3 business days. Nothing was refunded. I got there today to pick up a new order of 3 large boxes, the guy that I met today was rude and arrogant because I told him about the refund on my last order. He was frowning, rude, cursing, and yelling at me. I doubts my going back to this store.

The pizza is good, but more often then not my family gets shorted the cheese dipping cups we pay extra for and the seasoning packets. A few weeks ago was a rare instance we got both. However, tonight we didn’t receive the dipping cups even though the label clearly says they were ordered and paid for. I would like to see this restaurant be more detail oriented and double check orders before they go out for delivery so we get what we’ve ordered and paid for. I know the dipping cups aren’t expensive, but if you add up over time what we ordered and not received, it’s close to the cost of a pizza.

This establishment is a poor joke! I’ve been trying to call the store & rectify the inedible pizza they delivered, but you either reach a call center of people whom barely speak English or an answering machine. With all the people looking for work, Papa John’s needs to find employees that know how to make pizza & food, & people whom answer the phone in the store. An English speaking call center would also be paramount so the customers can actually converse with the establishment.

This restaurant is actually absurd, orderd 2 simple pizzas and a pepsi, the driver comes and already the drink is missing I tell him hey the drink is missing his exact response “sorry no English” so ingo inside check the pizza one was sausage the other was chicken and bacon, the chicken and bacon were no where to be found so naturally like a normal person I call, we get a tobot I ask for manager it hangs up, so we call to order and we get a person explained out situation who would of guess IT WAS A PAPA JHON CALL CENTER they said “well connect you” connects and instantly gets hung up on we went through this 8 times we then ask for the restaurant personal phone number would you of guessed it, IT WAS FAKE. Im done with papa Jhons first time ordering and it will be my last.

I will never order from Papa John’s of Pine Hill ever again or any Papa John’s for that matter , I am not a fan to begin with and tonight I wanted to just give it a try , and I was totally dissatisfied as I ordered the Papa John’s Papadia pizza to find a hair was baked into it , I am disgusted that in this day your cooks don’t have the proper equipment to keep their hair out of my food that I paid for . My entire order went in the trash and I will never order from Papa John’s again. I am disgusted and entirely disappointed if I could I leave 0 stars for unsanitary and obviously not doing their job

Pizza came cold even though I’m only 3 miles away and driver knocked and waited with the pizza on the ground even though I put no contact delivery (sleeping baby). Pizza is still good after I heated it up but not thrilled with the experience
