This papa John’s deserves zero stars, this store is the worst fast food chain restaurant I have ever been too. Their store manager is absolutely rude and incredibly smug. I ordered a pizza online for delivery. Upon receiving the pizza, the cheese had slid a quarter way off the crust. No big deal, just call the store and ask for a replacement. After calling and speaking with the manager, he would not be willing to send a replacement pizza. This was infuriating, after getting home and ready to eat, the pizza was ruined, on top of that, the manager was not willing to resolve the situation. However I was not going to let this go. I told the manager I would be coming to the store to show him the pizza and expect a new one. After getting to the store and showing him the poorly made pizza, he was unapologetic and made it seem as if he was doing me a favor. As a manager he should be doing whatever he can to rectify the situation. After ordering a delivery, getting a bad pizza, driving to the store to get a replacement, I decided to write this review due to the attitude of the manager. The manager made the entire situation antagonizing, and frustrating, and should not be how a manager professionally behaves. I will definitely be calling customer service of papa John’s to place a complaint of the situation.

I ordered a pizza and it came with a fly. I called them back and the man on the phone proceeded to tell me there was not a fly on it. I told him I was disappointed and wanted a refund. He told me they would cancel the order. We will see what happens

I ordered a pie with extra cheese , 3 cheese blend , and parmesan romano. Pizza was light on the cheese for the amount I spent on cheese. I called in and was told that it is what it is. Was told by staff that they placed the cheese requested and that was all.. Don’t order from here if you like extra cheese !

They deserve no stars. I called at 3:56p.m. and my pizza was supposed to arrive at 38minutes. I called when it hit the hour later. I was told to wait 10 more minutes. I told the morning shift leader that if the pizza is cold I don’t want cold pizza. He was nice and said if it is cold call me back and I will take care of it. Well, he left for the day and obviously didn’t inform the night shift leader because him and the lady that worked there said, they can’t do anything about it and I am stuck with COLD pizza and out $30!! worst part is the lady hung up on me multiple times until the night shift guy picked up. I NEVER write reviews especially BAD ones but this is horrible customer service!! This guy told me next time you should pick up your pizza. That was his response to a customer having cold pizza which ONLY reflects bad on them and papa john’s. I complained with the chain because NO ONE should be working that will treat anyone this way. I have worked in customer services for years you NEVER hang up on people because you don’t want to deal with delivering issues being 40 minutes later then it was supposed to arrive.

This is the most unprofessional location. The assistant manager is rude or so he claims on the phone was completely dismissive. Has no customer service skills whatsoever. Don’t go to this location save your money they will scam you and charge double.
