Left my order at my door… on the floor. Not only was it THE WRONG ORDER, it was also cold. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare. You have to go through a call center, I was hung up on, had to call 4 times. Finally connected to a store manager who because to yell and verbally assault me. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Excellent and convenient place to order your pizza and sides via app; pick up and go. There are only a few chairs and one table to eat in if that’s what you’d like to do. For “fast food” pizza, Papa John’s is generally much better than Pizza Hut. Papa John’s app is also super well-developed.

There’s always some kind of problem with this papa John’s either it’s ordering on the phone or uber eats. But they miss up almost every single order I get from them. And it’s kinda annoying, and if they mess up they want to try and give you someone else’s messed up order ordered a regular chesse pizza and I get thin crust I can’t eat thin crust due to braces and this is the second time they have done this like wth.

Disappointed, on order#968682955 > it arrived late and COLD, I called from the app, the number didn’t worked. I called the store directly, I received customer support center and said they couldn’t connect with the store. They said a manager was going to call me, and I’m still waiting not ordering from Papa John’s again ♂️ too expensive for delivery just to get a late and COLD pizza.
